Phil and Nick may have long term history - Nick was blackmailing Kathy Beale years ago ( she married Phil and had Ben-the-Original) .
Nick broke into the GPs surgery and found her medical records stating that she'd had a baby (Donna) when she told Pete (ex DH) that she was pure.....

But it might be something completely different

Alfie's had the Homeless at Christmas before ( Dirty Den bought The Queen Vic and threw him out ob Christmas Eve. Him and Spencer had to sleep in an ice-cream van or something)
He didn't have three sons but he did have Nana Moon (did she go to live with Dot? )

Kat and Alfie are also doing my head in. He expects to fall on his feet every time, and the way he treated the masoods pissed me off. It's been done too many times now. I think they want to build it up to kat finding out but people are over them now I think, and they really don't care!

They're not going to go to Hull now are they ? Kat and her babes can move in with Stacey now that Tosh and Alex have moved on and Alfie will hopefully fuck off.

The Kat and Alfie storyline is also pissing me off. A family with three kids waiting ten years for a council house in the biggest city in Europe? What a joke. Such crap, unrealistic writing.

I don't know how the housing works, but surely they would find somewhere for a family with 3 under 4 to live other than Hull? Alfie is so annoying, I kind if hope he buggers off to Hull and never comes back.

I read somewhere that people can get moved miles away for homeless accommodation so maybe the story has something to do with that but fgs council houses are like hens teeth so people private rent and get housing benefit I know London is a huge city but hull really there was nowhere else

But they were saying no to being housed anywhere in London outside of Walford, but then jump at Hull? Really?

Annoying thing is that in a few weeks, EE will forget about this story. A house will magically appear. They'll have loads more money.

Red, you're right and the housing woman said last night the ten year waiting list was for Walford, not London as I said...but as I understand it, London boroughs work with each other to find suitable accommodation for high priority cases. At least that's what I've read.

Eastenders face book had a link to SHELTER about thousands of children being in B n Bs at Christmas I wonder if this was what the story was about only bed and breakfast accommodation for the moons still it was bloody far fetched

I noticed Alfie and thingummy scoffed at a B & B in Neasden
as one who used to live in Neasden, that tickled me
