Evening!
May I share with you all (?) my 'Masterchef Moment' du jour? Getting ahead for a shindig tomorrow I thought I'd whip up a nice veggie lasagne. Cooked it all and layered it up etc etc. I was quite lucky as this was quite easy for I had pre-made, frozen and defrosted my bechamel.
So - layery layery, all good. Then I noticed my bechamel was starting to melt, which was odd. Then I realised that I had mixed up my bechamel with my... buttercream icing.
Must start to label frozen stuff.
