Hope no one minds - was just about to post on the thread but it was full.

What DVD? I missed that. Has no one watched it yet then or was it a red herring?

Yes, ive somehow come out of this liking Rob Grin

I think the guilt will chew on him, and he will relieve it through the usual soap medium of an affair.

Peter to be banged up (possibly thinking Carla did it and by taking the rap she may forgive him).

Tony and Tracys schemes to be exposed soon im sure too.

ThinkIveBeenHacked · 30/05/2014 21:37

Anyone else watch the show and try to pick which flat/house they would live in?

I toy between Maria's flat and Tina's flat, though the revelation that she has a little terraced bit outside swings it in her favour.

Is it just me or have we only just been told she has that rooftop bit? Talk about a deus ex machina!

TheLateMrsLizCromwell · 30/05/2014 21:38

agree! have got my corrie mojo back. I do now like Rob, and would rather see him get away with it and the other goes down...

TheLateMrsLizCromwell · 30/05/2014 21:39

others go down

squoosh · 30/05/2014 21:39

You'd get the flat for a good price too, since the murder.

squoosh · 30/05/2014 21:39

I'd pick Rita's flat. Bonbons on tap!

ThinkIveBeenHacked · 30/05/2014 21:43

Them couches look a but squishy in Ritas....id never make it out of them.

qazxc · 30/05/2014 21:52

Clearly Sally's house is the superior one, it has a conservatory and is on the "posh side" of the street.

squoosh · 30/05/2014 21:54

Emily's has nice retro furnishings.

squoosh · 30/05/2014 21:54

Deirdre's has Eccles the dog. It's a toughie!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 30/05/2014 21:55

I have come out of this liking Rob too.

I would either choose to live in Carla's old flat, or the Rovers. It is seemingly huge upstairs. Audrey had a nice house with a garden. Is she still there?

I really dont like the "posher" houses on that side. Im a terraced row girl through and through.

JodieGarberJacob · 30/05/2014 22:40

If pushed I'd go for Sally's as well. I'd love a conservatory.

hildasmuriel · 31/05/2014 08:24

Does anyone still live at Victoria Court? I can't remember seeing any of those sets for a long time.

I would choose Eileen's. It must be a tardis, a 2 up 2 down terrace which currently has Eileen, Todd, Jason and Sean all living there and seems to be able to accommodate any waifs and strays when needed. Those additional magic bedrooms would be fan for any visitors.

JodieGarberJacob · 31/05/2014 09:56

Izzy and Gary live in a flat but not sure if it's Victoria Court.

eddiemairswife · 31/05/2014 10:57

We could do with an up-to-date map to show where every one lives.

mileysorearse · 31/05/2014 11:39

I think Izzy's might be a bungalow. I though Owen bought it for her but then she said she was behind with the rent when she stole the money. Nick still lives in Victoria Court, Leanne moved out so he could move back.

Mynewone · 31/05/2014 11:56

Sally's house here too.
See I did like Rob but there was a comment when he was talking to Tina in her flat (before they went onto roof) where he kind of came onto her. What was that about? Or did I misinterpret that altogether? He seemed so creepy

JodieGarberJacob · 31/05/2014 12:55

At the bottom of this link it shows where everyone is living in 2014.

coronationstreet.wikia.com/wiki/Coronation_Street_in_2014

Apparently Gary and Izzy live in Grayling Street but there's nothing to say what or where that is!

hildasmuriel · 31/05/2014 13:04

Love that link. Lots of empty properties, given how many seem to be leaving lots of scope for new characters.

JodieGarberJacob · 31/05/2014 13:17

Somewhere else said that Carla's flat was in Weatherfield Quays but that 's not mentioned in the link.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 31/05/2014 13:23

I want to know how some of the houses on the odd-numbered side of the street seem to have a front room which can be used to house untold number of people but some don't? Chesney's place the door opens straight into the front room and you can see the kitchen, so clearly doesn't have an extra room, but Deirdre's has the hallway and front room.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 31/05/2014 13:26

Carla's flat was in Victoria Court - where this is in soapland I don't know, but on the tour it is at the end of the street which has Roy's Rolls, the kebab shop and the builder's yard. I suspect it isn't there for the purposes of the soap, as otherwise why would she ever have driven to work?

OP posts:
WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 31/05/2014 13:28

Yes, Carla's flat was in Weatherfield Quay, with Mike Baldwin's.

Chesney's house has the two rooms knocked into one bigger one I think.

alemci · 31/05/2014 14:57

still mystified where Craig and rat friend sleeps when it is only 2 beds upstairs.
