is Eileen's another tardis. thought there were only 2 bedrooms upstairs plus parlour = 3 beds but 4 beds needed.

where is Joseph. Katie would not be able to swan around with not a care in the world or is it that good old boarding creche again.

Talking of the boarding creche, when I went on the tour to the left of the medical centre was a creche, yet I have no recollection of actually seeing this on screen.

Owen seemed far too reasonable last night with regard to the takeover and the possibility of labouring for Jason. Has he undergone a complete personality change? Like 'soft' Owen even less than 'hard' Owen. And now the tables have turned Jason shouldn't forget how outrageously nasty Owen was to Eileen once. (Even if the scriptwriters have)

How could selling off the yard only equate to 5K. was puzzled about that.

Couldn't Anna have persuaded Phelan to pay back their stake at some point otherwise he wouldn't have been able to finance it and how can he afford to pay anyone else?

Please scriptwriters could we have some credibility with the young dc. Childcare seems so affordable, no one ever rushes to pick up dc so they don't get charged for going over the time and have to pay more.

There is no evidence that Joseph lives at the Windass house, where is the highchair, buggy, toys etc or that Katie has a child.

I thought that Owen was selling the yard for 75k and Phelan wants 70k. But I could be wrong. There are so many scenes that I switch off from that I'm not always sure I've got stuff right!

I find it hard to believe that I am the only person who finds Owen really attractive! Surely not? He's such a real man. I know he was a sod in the beginning but now he's lovely. I find myself envying Anna being with hunky Owen.

Katie went to work in the yard because Anna said she would have Joseph but he's disappeared. Fizz and ty are always going to the pub in the evenings and where's Amy? Simon is wheeled out whenever Peter gets drunk.

Everything to do with phelan and Owen is so unrealistic. And as for tony buying the yard, I thought he was a skint layabout with nothing to his name? And Tina really needs to die already.

I miss lots as I watch it on fast forward, only stopping for Steve. But now most of his scenes include annoying Andrea so he gets a bit of the remote treatment too.

I was going to post that about Tony aswell, the last time he was in it (someone completely different then) he was a down and out loser trying to sponge of Eileen and Jason and they told him to disappear, now he is back with loads of cash and buying the yard and doing deals with hotels for his knock off gear, I don't like him and if him and Eva have a thing I will put my foot through the telly, I like Jason and Eva together so the writers should really let them make a go of it

Have to say though I think Peters acting is brilliant lately, and Tina should stop calling around, she is making a fool of herself

The writing/production on Corrie lately is appallingly bad. None of the story lines are credible and everyone's had personality transplants. Either something ridiculous is happening or we're being bored to death by Owen and co. I'm fast forwarding through 90% of it. I still like Sally, Steve and Roy. That's about it.

Although Peter's line to Tina last night was funny "Do you fancy me or summat?" Grin

So Fiz stormed out of Tyrone's house carrying lots of luggage but Hope was nowhere to be seen, neither was Ruby. I thought childcare was quite expensive, but Corrie's 'hard-working families', who mostly have low-paid jobs seem to have ample free time (and money) to spend in pubs and cafes at all times of the day and night. Also, what about the incredibly expanding houses they all seem to inhabit? Perhaps someone could provide a floor-plan to show where everyone sleeps.

Didn't Fiz have an affair with Ty when he was with Maria or am I imagining that? And Ty left Maria for Fiz. Ironic now that she's on her high horse about Maria potentially having an affair with him. Not that she shouldn't be obviously but it's just funny. Corrie writers recycling stories again.

I think Carla has been great the last few episodes.

Can someone explain the Phelan/Owen storyline to me again? I get the indecent proposal bit and the CCTV but I don't understand what happened all their money? And why he owes Phelan money still or any of that bit. Or why he has to sell the yard. It was so boring I couldn't pay attention but now it's annoying me that I don't get it.

I think it was all because Phelan said he wouldn't go the police about Gary battering him over the head with a plank, he would keep quite about it but was keeping their investment for himself, so Owen owes the bank £80,000 so is selling the yard and flat to pay the bank back, but last night I got more confused because he said when he sells everything he will only have £5000 to pay the bank, maybe he has a mortgage on the yard or something Confused

Does that make any sense Nugget

I didn't get the €5k thing either, but I think it might be that he has kept back that to live on so presumably will give the bank €68k?

Does Craig have a bedroom? as there are already 5 people in the house. Drives me mad this whole unrealistic tardis rubbish in soaps.
