Evening all. Waiting to see of we get samphire three ways tonight.

In the montage at the start or end of last night's show, I definitely saw a trio of scallops with something dribbled or dabbed around them. No foam, though, sadly.

We could bet on whether it's pea purée or cauliflower purée.

It has to be served with black pudding. It is the law.

Waiting for DS to fall asleep so I can zoom downstairs. Hoping for foraged goods and something deconstructed.

Looking forward to tonight. I need the boost after DH refused to let me puree the cauliflower with dinner tonight.
