I was just reading back on the thread, JodieGarber, I think you could be right about the storyline with Hayley and Carla, it's a pity Sylvia had to go, I think she would have been amazing throughout the whole thing and would have really shown her softer side to Roy, and she did like Hayley, I remember when it was first being discussed that Hayley might be sick and she said something like "whatever is wrong we will all face it together" but when the camera showed her face you could see she was upset but didn't want Roy and Hayley to see that
