I don't think he's a good show runner. I think he's a talented writer and has some crazy good ideas. But he can't seem to bring them together into a cohesive unit. Has nothing to do with MS, just with when he took over in general from RTD.

I actually think Moff writes MS well - I just think MS's doctor is a bit all over the place.

And it could be we haven't seen why that has been the case this series - we're not even halfway through, after all.

What I do want to know, though, is HOW THE BLOODY HELL IS AMY BRINGING THE BLOODY SILENCE WHEN SHE HAS GONE??

Well I loved it - the angels did what they should. Amy & Rory went back in time & live out their life together. Lovely. Not too traumatic, we got River & Matt Smith remains my favourite Doctor.
(& my DC loved A Town called Mercy....it's the one they keep going back to on the iPlayer)

Oh and what about Rory's dad? Is the Dr going to go and tell him what happened? Could he go and see them before they are born? Will he just be left wondering? Oh too many questions!

Part of what I like about River is that she is a wummin not a slip of a girl and therefore creates the illusion that I, too, could still get a run in the Tardis

I heart River she is AMAZING
