The red haired Dalek puppet woman did have a daughter in the camp, she is the little red haired girl that Amy 'sees' twirling round and round who is actually a converted Dalek spinning

A aargh why is dinosaurs on a spaceship not on I player!!? Gutted. Crawled into bed after a long shift and my skybox hasn't recorded it and I can't find it on the iPad. Sobbing.

Which! Of course - I thought the people Amy saw had something to do with her memories but couldn't make out who they were and thought the girl might have been Amy herself. But the way the Dalek was spinning too, it makes sense now.

At least something does. I didn't get last night's episode at all. Maybe my brain was fried after translating all day. Shall watch it again later, also to drool a bit over the Indiana Jones guy who was in Sherlock. FidGirl was thrilled to see Filch and Arthur Weasley.

I thought last nights episode was easy watching and the boys enjoyed it - although I will have to watch it again as they insisted on chattering looking for plot clues and discussing the characters, I think I've rubbed off on them a bit much!

Thought it was very undoctor like to deliberately kill someone however evil they were at the end, he usually offers them a chance to repent - I assumed he would save him and leave him stranded somewhere but safe iyswim. Although he had committed genocide and that comment about the queen

The robots reminded me of my children!

What was that bit about Amy and Rory wanting to go straight back home?

Very happy to see Mr Weasley, thought it was a nice moment when Rory patched him up, seemed proud of his son. I wonder why he wasn't at the wedding? The doctor danced with everyone at their wedding but had never met him before.

I thought it was good fun. I do wonder hy they seem to have completely forgotten about River though. I know they have issues with Alex Kingston being available because she lives in LA, but I would have thought Amy would have pointed out to Queen Neffi that he was married to her daughter, or asked about her or something

Does anyone know when last night's episode will be on Iplayer? I was working so missed it and forgot to record it.

I thought lasts nights was a bit rubbish but a bit silly dd was at it neffititi (sp) was a bit random as was the game hunter I did love Rory's dad more of him please Oh and the Robots were David Mitchell and Robert Webb which amused me

Just caught up on last nights , it's on iplayer but only HD version which meant it wasn't great to watch on a slow connection FFS bbc think about it

Wasn't the best episode but it's just all building up to Amy & Rory leaving now ( I noticed the Doctors look too).

Just watched it. Really enjoyed it. Some proper laugh out loud moments but also very when he sent Solomon to his death.

Did the Triceratops chase the golf ball because it had grass on it?

Rupert Graves, who was the big game hunter in DW on Saturday, plays Lestrade in Sherlock.

I really liked the episode. Can sense a classical music theme going on.

Also, when Solomon's machine couldn't value the Doctor, is that because he was erased from the memories of the Daleks or just because he was so rare?

Watched it again. Thought it was funny and great tosh, the Doctor's gang. Complete contrast to last week's episode, which is one of the great things about DW, and threw me at first.

Interesting about the machine not recognising the Doctor - he smiled at that whereas before I would have expected him to react differently, all half-jokingly, "Not worth anything?! I'm unique!"

I watched both episodes again yesterday. Everyone is very accepting of the Dr being able to take off his protective wrist band in the Dalek Asylum and not be affected because he is a Time Lord. This is either hugely significant or v sloppy writing. Just wish I knew which!

Wrt to Oswin, is it not possible that she wasn't physically in that Dalek but wired up to control it from afar?

Maybe when he had his wristband off that was when he saw Oswin his mind was playing tricks and she wasn't a Dalek after all? Just like when Amy saw the daleks as people... Or is that a rubbish idea - I'm a novice at all this

WRT Oswin, presumably the Dr could just go back at some point and pick her up in the time between the shielding going down and the asylum blowing up - whilst "earlier him" was running to the teleporter.
