I remember in th'olden days when there were no spoilers. The nation had no idea whether Deidre would choose to stay with Ken or do a runner with Mike Baldwin until it was actually broadcast. And we didn't know who shot JR.

So for those of us with no life who enjoy Corrie without spoilers, a new thread discuss our beloved soap with all its flaws

I hope they get caught, put this dreadful storyline out of its misery.

Corrie is just dreadful at the moment.

and I hate the way they turn the baddies into good guys. Like Owen and now Kirsty!!

The Karl and sunitta story line is putting me off my food.
Actually, that is no bad thing....!

I wonder how long it will be before the writers can change tack, having seen the negative effect of that particular storyline. It is sooooo cringe-worthy!

Yes I had to laugh at Tina's hair transformation en-route to the wedding! A miracle!

At the least the gangsta story is over....now please end the Karl/Sunita vomit-enducing thing.....

But yes I fear we are about to face a Maria/Marcus fling with Sean being all heartbroken and dramatic about it - because no fling can ever stay secret in soap land!

And yes where was Deidre for the wedding - off getting even more of a tan I imagine!

Certainly looks like it, Maria and Marcus that is. Sorry though I am for Sean I think M and M would make a great couple.

Perhaps they will make Maria into a crazed Marcus stalker?

or maybe they'll have a kid together - Marcus is always going on about wanting to adopt isn't he?

Of course thats the way the story is going. In RL Marcus (dont know his name) has done exactly that with a female friend. He writes a weekly article about it.

Oh god, I don't think I'll be able to stand Sean dramatics when it does happen. I used to quite like him as a character, but lately he just gets on my wick.

Is Carla pregnant in RL? She seems to be wearing a lot of baggy clothes, filmed from the boobs up only or sitting down with a pillow on her lap etc.

Was just going to post same thing about carla? She is having a break from the show soon isn't she?

Just a night away. Dev found the money she was looking after for Carl and assumed it was a running away stash.

If he'd have had any sense, he'd have taken the smashed phone, and put the sim into another, or saved it until he could get a duplicate phone. Also he should have insisted that he speak to the 'friend', and if she wasn't up to no good, she'd have offered.

Bloody hell, I was just nicely enjoying that when I heard my crappy ex fling was singing in the back ground when Tommy and Tina were eating. Vom.

They are all a bit dim when it comes to mobile phones and secrets, why did Sunita not have Karl listed as Lara in her phone, Tommy had Rick's name flashing up too, if I was trying to keep secrets from my nearest and dearest I wouldn't have their real names in my phone

And they all have little pay as you go cheapy handsets. Its just not realistic...someone on that street must have an iphone or a blackberry.

I thought anna and owen might catch carl and sunita but no.
