dc2 was in membranes. really chafed! Not sure whether imagining it, but seemed a 'drier' experience than dc1 and dc3.

Anyone else a bit taken aback by the side of bloody beef on the first advert? Was in birthing mode and thought it was another crowning shot...

I HAD to push, covering midwife midwife had me pushing for an hour before my midwife came back and told her baby was in wrong position. Queue doctor who had never been through labour coming in and saying 'oh you should stop pushing can harm you both' YOU TRY STOPPING!!! Ha the one bit of my labour that really pissed me off!

good practice is to support spontaneous pushing

3.8kg, reasonable size without an epidural.
