True. I wonder what the story is for the mother who has chosen a paedophile above her child?

Dontgetpithywithme · 13/02/2012 22:00

Oh< I missed what happened with the one withthe dirty house and 7yr old child?

utterly utterly depressing pregnant again - selfish woman

NeverKnowinglyUnderstood · 13/02/2012 22:00

So pleased that the lady who was in a pickle with her flat got it sorted out.

sailorsgal · 13/02/2012 22:00

Pregnant again. so the whole cycle begins again. Sad

MamaMaiasaura · 13/02/2012 22:00

Another baby!! Sort yourself out Louise for the children you have

Kayano · 13/02/2012 22:00

MrsDV my birth mother had
My sister who was raised by my biological gran Sad

Then she got pregnant again with me and gran just couldn't do it (according to what I've been told)

So I have a full bio sister who was raised in the family and then me who was given up for adoption (in another city)

This episode is freaking me out with the parallels...

I've never met any of them Sad

HJisthinkingofanewname · 13/02/2012 22:00

She cleaned it & everyone lived happily ever after

WhereMyMilk · 13/02/2012 22:00

Christ, not sure granny can take on another baby :(

GoingForGoalWeight · 13/02/2012 22:00

The vflat had been cleaned up beautifully and the Mother had a new job. I'm sooooo happy! Grin Case closed.

They are expecting another baby! - the drug addicted couple - surprise!!!

oliverreed · 13/02/2012 22:01

Why isn't contraception pushed more in this country?? These are real children whose lives are being f**d up not to mention the emotional and financial cost to the families and this country.

tigerlillyd02 · 13/02/2012 22:01

Oh< I missed what happened with the one withthe dirty house and 7yr old child?

And me - I blame MN distracting me. I thought they were sending that little boy home!!! Totally missed another little girl.

Dontgetpithywithme · 13/02/2012 22:01

Louise's no 3 has more chance of going into foster care/out of family adoption, no? Too much to assume GM can have them all.

OhDoAdmitMrsDeVere · 13/02/2012 22:01

I dont think that lad will go back to his mum.
She has to prove she will keep him safe.
If she had the mindset to do that she would have ran out of that flat with the social worker and her baby.

I doubt that bloke's history was a secret either. Not 30 years of offending.

Kayano · 13/02/2012 22:02

Mrs DV they said at the beginning that she had been informed that he was on the sex offenders register when they were first talking about the need for intervention.

GoingForGoalWeight · 13/02/2012 22:03

That episode went so quickly!I hope there is another series soon. My DS disability SW who arranges finance for his respite told me to train to be a SW! She thinks i'd be good :) So do i.

NoWayNoHow · 13/02/2012 22:03

Holy crap, she's pregnant AGAIN!!????? Why is she allowed to continue to have children she's incapable of keeping and supporting?

HJisthinkingofanewname · 13/02/2012 22:03

They would have to turn up to the contraception appts.

I usually ask on visits. One poor woman got quizzed by 3 of us once as I asked first then the HV then my supervisor. She was high risk for another though.

thekidsrule · 13/02/2012 22:05

im so bloomin cross about the 3rd pregnancy,i hope they whisk that babe away straight after delivery

oh they cant it will have to go through withdrawl

sorry but i feel like bashing my head against a wall

OhDoAdmitMrsDeVere · 13/02/2012 22:05

Kayano you poor thing Sad

When we took DS I insisted to the SW that if mum had another baby they HAD to ask us first. I was desperate that the siblings stayed together. I couldnt bear the thought of my DS's brother or sister going somewhere and him not knowing them.

She did have another, not that long after DS. Because she had moved, was a bit older, knew the system and her brother had moved out and all the social workers involved in the original case had left - she got to keep the new baby.

How am I going to help my boy to understand why he couldnt stay with his birth mum but his sibling could?
Breaks my heart.

Thanks for letting me know, am so glad there was a happy outcome for that lady.

Have always thought SW had a really tough job but never knew how much. And these were the cases where SW apparently had the time to devout to their client.
