They want her to undergo a 2 week detox and come off methadone. Then go into a mother and baby unit. Possibly this will enable then to assess parenting in a protective way.

I really don't understand some mothers. Why put your child at risk by living with a known sex offender?

Does anybody reading/posting know how many episodes have been made of this programme?

I watch this as an "insider" I've seen cases like this for years and years and although heartbreaking babies and children need to be protected from parents who put drugs before the care of babe !

may be innocent,but sex offender case is really upsetting me,poor child

Fuck that was a bit shocking. I have been in LAC work for 7 years and planning to do the SW MA this year, I really want and need to do some CP work but I will seriously struggle. Fuck, he had to just snatch that baby :(
