Of course, there's no way that a computer system in such a high security place would allow anyone to have a password with only 6 characters , no numbers or other characters.....

RustyBear · 08/01/2012 22:46

Xposts with CrystalQueen!

I'm with the folk who weren't quite as gripped as last week - maybe just because last week there seemed to be so much riding on it all, and this week it was only really Russel Tovey's sanity and I just wasn't as bothered about him. Did love Sherlock nicking Mycroft's security pass and pretending to be him though - what Sherlock bargained so Mycroft would arrange access back into the base a second time, lord alone knows!

And when they revealed Sherlock faking the hound in the lab I thought for a moment he was doing the growls himself and almost snorted tea from my nose... Grin

ScatterChasse · 08/01/2012 22:49

The 'old leaky pipes' were a bit surprising too, I must say, considering the rest of the lab.

One bit confused me, was he hallucinating the floodlights in the garden or was thingy doing it to make him even more terrified?

EndoplasmicReticulum · 08/01/2012 22:50

I kept thinking that Russell Tovey was going to change into a werewolf....I spotted the glow-in-the-dark bunny reference at the beginning though.

Collision · 08/01/2012 22:51

Scatter - I dont think we found that out particularly.

I said to DH there was no way the password would have been Maggie! But as long as you take it as a bit of nonsense TV and dont pull it to pieces it is very good.

BloooCowWonders · 08/01/2012 22:54

Good, and dh said he approved of the adaptation. I preferred last week's gloss though (shallow, moi?)

ScatterChasse · 08/01/2012 23:01

Ah, thanks Collision. The phone went at the end, so I thought I might have missed it.

givemushypeasachance · 08/01/2012 23:01

I'm wondering now why the military might want glow-in-the-dark bunnies.

johnworf · 08/01/2012 23:02

Scary and brilliant. Loved it Grin

CakeandRoses · 08/01/2012 23:19

loved it. especially the cheekbones line.

WhingingNinja · 08/01/2012 23:20

ahhhhh

was so engrossed in calling people ignorant fuckers that i forgot and missed it.

is it repeated or will i have to endure iplayer on the laptop?

MollieO · 08/01/2012 23:23

WhingingNinja you need a smart tv. I've got a Sony that plays iplayer via wifi. Fab as you can watch iplayer and surf on MN on the laptop at the same time Grin

WhingingNinja · 08/01/2012 23:24

i know. I want.
i really really want.

But i can't afford one as im not on benefits Wink

MollieO · 08/01/2012 23:28

What you need is to have an armchair from John Lewis that breaks after 7 years. They then take it for repair and lose it for three months. The compensation they paid for all the inconvenience paid nearly all the cost of a new tv (only a small 24" one but plenty big enough for me). Smile

WhingingNinja · 08/01/2012 23:31

Score!

d'ya reckon if i bounce on my cruddy DFS one they'll do the same?

MollieO · 08/01/2012 23:33

Ha ha, not sure about DFS. I got the armchair half price to start with as JL messed up the order. They also did the repair for free!

chipstick10 · 08/01/2012 23:58

I thought Russell Tovey was quite dreadful.

WreckOfTheBeautiful · 09/01/2012 00:01

EndoplasmicReticulum - that's hardly surprising, given your name Grin I wondered how many other biology-geeks like me up and down the country say up and said "GFP rabbit??" at that point!

WreckOfTheBeautiful · 09/01/2012 00:01

*sat up

yummymummyreally · 09/01/2012 07:18

Loved it but couldn't work out why the HOUND guy randomly turned up at the end to conveniently get caught. If it was me I'd be sitting in an evil scary lair somewhere well way from the folk trying to expose my schemes.. Oh dear, thinking about it too much.

Loved it though... Loved it. Smile

Poweredby200mgofCaffeineaday · 09/01/2012 08:29

Yes I wondered that too yummymummy, what was he doing there? And surely he would have known about the minefield or was that deliberate?

GoEasyPudding · 09/01/2012 08:35

I liked it when Watson investigated the lights on the moor and it was quite the modern twist

Trills · 09/01/2012 08:38

Two lots of "GFP rabbit" here.

And also with the "twice" last week.

noddyholder · 09/01/2012 08:39

First time I have seen it. Brilliant
