just seen a trailer with the gorgeous Captain Jack and Gwen. No idea when it will be shown bit I'm so happyyyy. We really thought they'd killed it off with the last series.

Anyone know when it's coming??!!

johnny b is so unbelievably dreadful i think. (although iirc was pretty good in the two-hander in the car with EM, who was awesome in that scene i thort).

Cringey. Really cringey. Oh and between couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous it all was. It was like some really bad soap opera especially with that godawful music in the background, the only redeeming feature was that there were aliens in it but still too much filler and BAD filler at that.

The repeat murdering of Jack was horrible to watch, though. And just today DS1 (10) asked me why he couldn't watch Torchwood

The repeatedly sacrificed Jack and the wiping of the bloodied feet in particular was all very Catholic symbolic ....

jack said it was The Trickster's band (?) which was responsible for the alien in the crate - it was also the Trickster that used the Time beetle that changed adonna's life in Turn Left, and I think it's one of Sarah Jane's adversaries as well.
