Speedy - is this ALL travellers though or a badly behaved minority ( maybe a sizeable minority). I just find it hard to believe all travellers can be tarred with the same brush.

Dilly, Clearly not all. I can assure you though that they cause 95% of the doorstep crime when in the area. Before starting my job 10 years ago I had no opinion on them now I DO...Before they have your money they are great guys - once the money is handed over the stories we hear are horrendous.
