I’m getting my forearm blacked out tomorrow!

That’s it really! It’s currently a jumbled mess of a snake/ roses/ leaves but there’s no colour so it’s hard to distinguish what’s going on and I’ve never really liked it so I’m getting the whole arm between elbow and hand blacked out.

never had black out before, has anyone else? Seen it on other people (mostly cool guys in bands tho 😂)

Yo! 4 hours later and it’s not quite finished but I’m loving it! The skull showing through is obv intentional because that’s the only part of my previous tatt that I liked.

This has really divided opinion it seems on here so interested to see what you all think…😆

It’s a no from me but 1) it’s not my body and 2) I’m just a stranger on the internet so my opinion doesn’t matter anyway.

Thanks so much everyone! It did hurt, as all tattoos do to be honest. Around my boney wrist was pretty bad and the bone running up towards my elbow.

going to be so sore to heal but I knew that. I love it!

I didn’t LOVE what I had before even when I first got it so I honestly don’t think I’ll be changing my mind about it.

You're so brave! I love tattoos but I'm petrified of needles and I'm not sure how I would react. I'm sure I'll regret not just going for it in the future.

It looks good. Are you planning on adding anything up the arm at a later date?

You could always start small, put numbing cream on!

I’ve got 3 small ones just above my elbow. No plans for top of arm at the moment but I’m sure I’ll think of something.

for context I’ve got tattoos all over me and don’t plan on stopping yet. Also, they’ve never affected me getting a job. I work in the nhs and my manager/ trust are very open minded.

Ah it looks brilliant. I like the edges and the skull peeking out.
