I’m getting my forearm blacked out tomorrow!

That’s it really! It’s currently a jumbled mess of a snake/ roses/ leaves but there’s no colour so it’s hard to distinguish what’s going on and I’ve never really liked it so I’m getting the whole arm between elbow and hand blacked out.

never had black out before, has anyone else? Seen it on other people (mostly cool guys in bands tho 😂)

I am currently nursing a sore arm today as I had a new peony done yesterday and my ancient butterfly re-coloured!

The peony is right on the inner bend of my elbow so is going to be slower to heal.. tricky when you are bending your arm constantly! 😬

Fair play on getting your ditch tattooed! I am dreading getting mine done when the time comes! Looks class though, hopefully it won’t have been too bad to heal considering the location.

I got a nice little elbow mandala a week ago. Mix of solid black and dotwork, took around 4.5h to do. I love it but my god was the last hour a struggle getting through the pain. But totally worth it, especially once the itchy healing peely phase is over.

I’m quite sad I’ve only got one more tattoo session for the rest of the year (end of August which will take me up to a half sleeve, tbc next year to do the bottom half of my arm).

But yes, OP, looks great! You have huge respect points from me, there’s not a hope in hell I’d be able to sit through a blackout session.
