Probably because it came up in ''Trending'' ..I didn't notice it was on a tattoo board.
However, I desperately wanted a tattoo as a teenager, and a tattooed man from New Zealand said ''Wait.... You may change your mind''.
It would have been a disaster had I gone ahead, and I'm so so glad this older, wiser man said ''Hold your horses'' on the design and placement I wanted.
It would have cost a lot to remove.
I wanted it on a forearm, as a ''Statement''...the 17 yr old me is very different to the older one.
I tried temporary tattoos and although they are different to the real thing, do give one a 'Feel' for seeing a design on one's skin.
I do like some tattoos, but most will be dated to a certain point in time, like Rave culture in 1990's, that had a lot of wispy fine~line arm bands and bracelets on women.
One very poignant tattoo was of an older man , he had oldskool blurry tattoos of dancing girls and flags that were clearly from the Navy, WW2. , blocks of colour, with a lot of 'wooly' dark blue lines.
Singapore, Far East by the looks.
