In reference to a question by ltec the other day.

Yes, a B sounds sensible Roma beacuse of your slim frame... I'm just hoping SIL hasn't gone for a D or something, as it will look Jordan-esque on such a skinny woman.

I actually like small boobs too....my DH luckily is not a boob kind of guy! Well, given half a chance, but not his preferred thing IYSWIM !

Marsha - how much do you reckon you have lost thus far, and what is your goal....I'm sorry about all the questions!

DolceeBanana · 17/06/2010 09:54

Oooh OWW you temptress! I am on the Dukan (didn't you know!!!) , so this is strictly not allowed !

But hey, will keep the recipe, thank you very much....!

monkeysmama · 17/06/2010 11:49

Ooohhh - I am so excited!

I didn't mean to buy anything else after my recent splurges in Primark and H&M . However I was packing for holiday and while trying on my favourite black jumpsuit I realised the bandeau bit had gone a bit funny, pulled it and it snapped. So I decided it was fate and logged on to asos to buy the one Cakey was raving about. It seemed rude not to look at the other clearance items and there I found the Antik Batik Lolas that I ordered ages ago then had to cancel because dp threw a hissy fit about my spending, reduced to £68. So I've ordered them for delivery tomorrow and am happy for the day .

Oh, and this dress arrived yesterday too and it is one of the most flattering things I have ever tried on (are we A&W on a viscose roll?) It is quite short but the ruching makes it super flattering on the legs, hides the mummy tummy and looks great with a tan. I think it will also work with black tights in winter maybe. I can't wait to wear it.

traceybath · 17/06/2010 12:44

LTEC - glad your playsuit was a success - have you worn it out yet? Haven't worn mine yet but hoping to go out in the next couple of weeks and wear it then.

Have ordered shred - if it gets rid of indent it surely must be worth it

MM - have just ordered that reiss dress in green as looks lovely.

blossoming · 17/06/2010 12:52

Agree traceybath, that mm reiss dress looks a-ma-zing. Wish they had my size.

This morning, decided that the only thing in my wardrobe suitable for the weather outside was the Jigsaw dress with jeggings. So, no, it's not going back! Plus my mum raved about it and said she couldn't believe how slim I looked. So, a keeper.

I suppose last night, after 2 stellas, hair matted after Shred 2, ie looking like I'd been through labour again (dear me, imagine the pelvic floor after 4, shudder), it wasn't really the time to make decisions about purchases. Shoes are still ugly, but must be kept.

By the way, everything, I'm not sure Gillian 'I want you to feel like you're going to DIE', is going to allow you to do the Shred only twice a week!

Just had garlic chicken (griddled chicken finished with a knob of butter mashed with garlic and parsley), and cheese and chive coleslaw for lunch. Yum. (Coleslaw from Good food magazine again this month. Great side dishes).

AllBuggiedOut · 17/06/2010 13:22

I am very of the playsuit, but am trying to resist as black is not an autumn colour

On the subject of colours, has anybody got/see/could find me an everyday red dress for a friend? She's a winter so needs to be true red or on the pinky side, definitely not orangy. She wants something to wear for a family birthday bbq at home in a couple of weeks. Also needs to do for school run and general wear. Thanks!

traceybath · 17/06/2010 13:49

NAP sale starts on monday according to them on twitter

carciofi · 17/06/2010 13:59

Vin and MM (hope your holiday with the in-laws goes well), I love the dresses.

MM, I am another one who loves my food and wine. Un pasto senza vino è come un giorno senza sole. I also like the gym so it balances out (almost). I think I might order this famous Shred dvd(keeping reading it as Shrek whenever anyone mentions it) for days I can't make the gym.

Blossoming, you made me laugh there about your post-Stella, post Shred look!

OWW, have a good time tonight.

I ordered [[http://www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Paige+Jimmy+skinny+boyfriend+jean/136955941,default,pd.html these as a replacement for the cargo pants (which I posted this morning, Everything, hope they arrive soon).

Hi to everyone else!

carciofi · 17/06/2010 14:01

ABO, I have this which might suit your friend?

eshermummy · 17/06/2010 14:02

Hello lovelies, am trying to book a hol for end Aug so can't stop but was wondering have any of you lovelies stayed at
The Anassa (Cyprus)
The Abama (Tenerife)
Porto Sani Village (Halkidiki)
I am a terrible snob very hard to please so need to research very thoroughly before booking.

Will be back on later tonight to catch up properly/look at links

mwah mwah dahlinks xxxxxx

traceybath · 17/06/2010 14:05

I haven't stayed at any of those Esher but friends have stayed at Porto Sani and loved it.

AllBuggiedOut · 17/06/2010 14:15

Is that a bright red carciofi? Looks good, but not in stock in her size.

blossoming · 17/06/2010 14:18

I have found an old (2002) battered vintage brown leather jacket (blazer style) from Mango in a size 14 (small 14 though). Any autumns fancy it?

Also, and not for free! Remember my chocolate brown suede Jimmy choo boots not worn, size 41.5.
Come on you Autumns!!!

OP posts:
AllBuggiedOut · 17/06/2010 14:20

Thanks, but sadly not my sizes bloss

Romanarama · 17/06/2010 14:20

I've heard lovely things about all those places esher. Do you use Seasons in Style agency? Call them - they are massively nice and helpful and iirc they sell all those resorts. They can give you all the details and answer all the questions you might have.

carciofi · 17/06/2010 14:25

Yep, it is a true red, not orange.
I think LK Bennett have some red dresses but not as casual.

AllBuggiedOut · 17/06/2010 14:27

Thanks carciofi - will see if I can find the size elsewhere. I think the DKNY is on the verge of being too dressy, but will check out LK Bennett too, thanks. Red is very hard to find!

blossoming · 17/06/2010 14:35

abo, I've been looking out for red too. Not seen any tbh. Maybe she should go for purple (m&s have some) or mm's reiss green. I can help with winter colours!!

OP posts:
carciofi · 17/06/2010 14:37

It is, and I love red dresses (even if red is probably not my colour!).

AllBuggiedOut · 17/06/2010 14:41

I've sent her the Reiss green link, thanks, but think she'll want short sleeves. I don't understand why red is so hard to come by! Dannii Minogue was wearing a lovely simple bright red jersey vest dress by M&S in Hello! a couple of months back, but it must have sold out almost immediately as I've never been able to find it. Will suggest purple too, thanks!

Romanarama · 17/06/2010 14:43

double post sorry.

I just bought a jersey boob tube summer dress in the sale - sludgy green colour, and a lovely cream cotton jumper with 2 breton stripes to wear with jeans or denim mini and look a bit Hamptons nautical-ish

horrid bureaucracy of tax and au pair res permits today, plus dodging mil. Gah. Why can't I walk around my house without reporting on all my recent movements?

monkeysmama · 17/06/2010 14:49

Blossoming I've been looking for a new leather jacket and my ample chest often makes me a 14. Can you post a photo? Would want to give you something for it though!

vinauchocolat · 17/06/2010 15:47

zembo re teeth, I think that's a wonderful compliment I would be sooo happy to receive it (no chance, have phobia that teeth are weirdly short, but long story there ) but yes, don't feel bad. She will remember that for years to come and will smile. I remember ancient and obscure compliments and give them too. I told my fried the other day she had fab eyebrows and endless legs.. she probably thought I was coming on to her haha

mm re your earlier post, that's so funny, no I promise I won't say that I think it would be impossible (unless you own tight leopard print harems?) they are lovely in that place they despairingly tried to teach me how to sew on a button (have forgotten)

nap sale on Monday, eh?

Hmm on the subject of leather jackets, this arrived today in the bigger size as the other one was too small. It too 4 calls and 3 emails but they agreed to exchange! It's too big but am keeping it as DP has a big motorbike so will be useful should we ever live somewhere fabulous with mountains to drive around. Also good for winter..might get another one for every day wear It's so soft though, tis lovely but I wish shops would stock size 11!

re colours, I think I am an autumn and a winter? Is there a crossover at all?

Oh and have ordered the shred dvd. (from play.com, amazon was sold out!) I haven't done an exercise dvd since billy blanks tae-bo circa 2000, so should be painful interesting!

vinauchocolat · 17/06/2010 15:48

OOPS! I mean this jacket arrived
