Apologies, @ihaveafavouritecat, I should have read the full thread before jumping in with my support of those particular shoes.
The Air and Grace ones do have the advantages of a) an elegant heel, b) balanced by a securing fastening, so you feel balanced despite not having a thick heel c) an ankle strap that doesn't chop the leg, making candles, d) the right color of gold, e) an elegant pointed toe.
I have tried them and they are REALLY comfortable. Could I not tempt you? They would work for both outfits and you could wear them afterwards for many nice events.
If I am spending money, it is going to be on shoes, just because the feel of toes in a sweaty, plastic shoe is awful to me, even if I am not wearing them for long. And I've realized, through much error, that buying inexpensive shoes is always a false economy. (I regularly bought mid-range ballet flats, for example, and wore through them in less than a season. I then bought Chanel ballet flats and they still look lovely five years on. The original prize was an absolute shocker, but I am saving money at this point). Badly fitting shoes show on your face. On the wedding day, you want to put the shoes (and the whole outfit) on and forget about it.
I really don't think you need a necklace, given the lovely jewelry you have already bought, particularly not such a pricey one.
@EleanorMc67, I did vanish for a little, as I think my comments were too blunt (humor doesn't always convey online) but I am SO invested I just can't help myself.
