I’m waiting for more edits/BF deals. I was going through some odd emails and noticed that I bought the excellent JL winter edit last year on 13th September, so they’re running late this year.

@DidILeaveTheGasOn - I had a similar rotating storage thing but didn’t find it particularly useful really. I now have a lacquer tray on my dressing table with my in use skin care on it. My stash is in drawers. My in use hair stuff is on a basic lazy Susan thingie. Overflow hair stuff is in the bathroom. My aim WAS to reduce my stash and not have so much to store but that’s not going too well……

So I've gone from last week saying no to any ACs
Starting last week treating myself to a couple of Edits from CB and the new hourglass palette to make up for lack of BACs

Was that The Refined Luxury box? I missed that one and I'm still regretting it. I hope they have a similar offering this year. I thought that box was really well curated for the price.

I don’t think so. The box they have used for their luxe BAC is the same style they use for FACs, so I think they have done a u-turn

Well that's kind of a relief! Because I won't even have to consider it.

I think the JL boxes are fantastic for the price. I have bought most of them over the past couple of years, usually at full price but one or two I picked up when reduced (from memory this was due to me having some duplicate items already so didn’t take the plunge at FP)

@HollyGolightly4 - well I can’t have her sitting here watching me open my White Company and Fortnum & Mason ones and leave her empty handed! 😄. Definitely not the SNK one however…. Am thinking of the Clarins one as I know she likes Clarins.

I can confirm Elle was the best packaged and had no issues for me (although I think I remember just one person saying something was missing).

I ordered HHFAC on Friday and excited to receive - not had shipping confirmation yet but will post pictures when it arrives! I'm definitely not waiting until December to start it!

I have emailed SNK for a discount code (and chased on my birthday present again!). If anyone in the mean time has one to spare I'd be very grateful!

Still trying to decide whether to go for the LF BAC or whether to wait for their beauty vault. I dont currently have a BAC for this year.
I THINK dh has got me F&M for my end of Nov birthday and I got (and opened IMMEDIATELY) the HFAC but currently nothing for Dec. Hmm.

Space NK sent me a code but it doesn’t stack. Was going to buy the calendar too.

Does the code work at all? The issue I had is my code wouldn’t work on anything so I had to contact CS who couldn’t reissue a code but did refund the discounted amount. I thought I would mention it because I assumed my code wouldn’t work with the AC.

edited to add: before seeing the code/details CS said the code should work on the AC almost like the reason they have sent them out is to sell the AC.

I'm a naturally messy person so I try to just store, not display. I have my unopened products in drawers in my dressing table. I have my opened skincare in drawers in my bathroom (just in this type of thing from Dunelm Remi 3 Drawer Cabinet | Dunelm ). Opened fragrance in another drawer in my dressing table (to protect from light). Daily make-up in a Flat Lay makeup bag in the bathroom, and overspill make-up (open but not frequently used) in another makeup bag on my dressing table.

Yes it works on other things. Hearing it stacked was the final push that was going to make me order.
