Can I say, I have personally found the sfac anti-climatic and I know how many people are gutted they didn't get one and how excited I was to get one.

I think partly because mine arrived damaged tbh but the perfumes. Hmmm They're okay. I am not convinced I would repurchase any of them.

I just feel meh.

There are two I can't stand. Suede silhouette and the cherry one.
I tested the suede in in store and liked it but this made me and my dds shudder. Cherry has never been a nice smell to my nose but can see why it would be popular.

Not sure why I've typed this out really. Hoping to stop some of the disappointment you all feel as it was an absolute shambles trying to get one.

You could change your mind once the BT one is safely in your hands. It's a bit like childbirth really. The process is completely forgotten once the new arrival has landed.

Hopefully picking mine up tomorrow after getting it diverted to local pick up .. will probably be looking to sell a few and some from my HFAC and JLFAC but not til December/jan as I’m going to try and resist opening till then! Will post on here if we’re still going or the GWP thread if not!

Ps I’ll also try and use fastest finger to secure another SFAC when the next drop is live and offer here if I secure the goods!

I was unable to secure a SFAC on Thursday so if I could be kept in mind if anyone does secure an extra in the next drop. I will be attempting again when they next go live but I am not optimistic.

I think Liberty are about (this week) to launch a bath/shower/body edit so might be worth looking at what’s in that. I actually think the contents may have already been released somewhere……

Harvey Nicks FAC ordered for delivery Tuesday. Thanks to the PP who alerted me to the fact that these had now released thought not launching until later this month.

Thanks for the new thread @LightandBreezy. I have far too many BAC this year however I’ve just added Sunday Riley 12 days, ok and SNK (discounted) have just delivered and revolve are on their way. I’ve also picked up the Sephora EU calendar whilst on my hols. I would really like the F&M to sell out because I am soooo tempted. I would also like a discount code to work on CB. O’ m still waiting for glamour to dispatch.

I’m currently opening HN FAC from 2025 which is wonderful so much so I wished I’d purchased 2 and boots skin which is full of products I’ve never tried before!

it’s all very exciting at the moment and I’m really trying to forget the S FAC episode!

I'm struggling with Vinted. I'd like to pick up Le Labo Thé Matcha but none of the sellers have the buy button for me. I gather this is due to their delivery options, but is there anything I can do to resolve it, other than messaging them asking to make Royal Mail an option? Which they presumably have chosen not to do.

Thank you for the new thread @LightandBreezy and those who commented regarding Sirene Privee on the previous thread. I'm unlikely to be heading down to London in the next month or so, so will hunt down a sample on one of the online marketplaces instead.
Although, with the resellers charging an arm and a leg for what is available, I should ask myself whether I should really be opening that can of worms 😂
That's an interesting observation in itself why there is so few resellers of the split BT calendar - could it be that it got mostly sold to genuine buyers and is that excellent?

I'm sorry to hear that some perfumes in SFAC arrived damaged/ leaked. I received mine on Sat, and it definitely has quite a bit of damage to the packaging inside the drawers. Someone either hasn't thought it through or opted for cheap vs. secure.
There are a few perfumes that are masc-leaning, from what I can tell without spraying, and not the ones that I thought would be. Really didn't like the smell of Ormonde Jayne one, which is the biggest one in the set, sadly. It gives me this weird burnt rubber smell and reminds me of YSL Babycat in this regard, which I really didn't like and got rid of.

interesting to hear some of the views on SFAC. I’ve decided not to go for it, other than The Matcha ( which I love but already have a 50ml bottle of!) and Thameen which I’ve bought off Vinted, the rest are punts! Chat thinks I’d like Halfeti and the Lust in Paradise but not the others ( I’m not a cherry girl and really don’t like Patchouli!) so I think I’ll just keep an eye out for small sizes of those to try. Good luck for those of you who still want it, keeping everything 🤞🏻

Thanks for the new thread @LightandBreezy , I think this is the first one now where I'm not waiting for a launch. I bagged a SFAC which I'm saving until I finish work for Xmas/NewYear. I've already opened Harrods FAC and saving Sephora to open "properly" throughout December.

I'd be tempted by a good discount but there's nothing in particular I want to see reduced.
I'm using my 2025 Liberty advent box for my frankenstein and have only two more drawers to fill - hoping to complete that with a Liberty scent kit this month, fingers crossed.
