I prefer the design of the original dress. Way too much fabric in Catherine sleeves.

Adore the necklace. Two different rope lengths of pearls is a great idea.

I like the diaphanous sleeves, very elegant. The original reminds me too much of those cold shoulder tops.

I don't usually like cold-shoulder but the original version of the dress looks ok. I'd probably like it better if it had no sleeves at all!

I like the diaphanous sleeves though. It seems to all flow well as she moves.

I like Kate's hair and the purple colour is lovely. I'm not a huge fan of the dress through - too much material for me (but prefer it to the original with the cutout sleeves). I love that they pulled a rarely worn necklace out - there are so many jewels that never see the light of day - but I would prefer if she wore it in a shorter length.

Strangely enough, I hadn't seen that dress and necklace on Camilla, she looks really nice.

I definitely prefer it with sleeves than with the dreaded cold shoulder. I am so over that. I really don’t think it is very flattering on most people You need really good shoulders. They also seem a bit pointless to me. Go for either sleeves or no sleeves. Not some kind of weird hinterland 😆
