I got the email at 9.15am.

Full props to BT customer service - I put in an enquiry when my first order was cancelled, and I just got a call from a lovely woman (CS opens at 10 so very quick response) saying they'd had issues with their systems but she could see I'd now placed another order and all was well, and did I need any further help. So for anyone still thinking about ordering you would at least have decent help with any mishaps!

You could post the empty box to yourself from Dublin and then refill when you get home. At this stage of the game you might as well go all in.

I’ve been having the same problem with the €7 in points for €70 spend. It used to always stack but it hasn’t worked on my last few orders. Plus they’ve increased the minimum spend for free postage to €100 so I’m not buying anywhere near as much as I used to from them.

BT customer service is brilliant. They get back to you really quickly and go all out to solve the problem.

ETA: I suspect the problems with the system might have had something to do with us lot😃

@JoRaRaRa - I assume you’ll be picking the calendar up from BT on Grafton Street. The main post office - the GPO - is on O’Connell Street which is about a 10/15 minute walk over O’Connell Bridge on the north side of the city. It’s a historic landmark in Dublin so would count as an educational trip too! 😄

I’m not overly into perfumes but after all the Lola from Coat Check chat on these threads I’ve just ordered a travel size from Vinted…..having never smelled it…😄 It’s from the Sephora Favourites calendar judging by the photo on Vinted.

I think I might need to step away from the threads.

@Peridot1 I've also become strangely enthralled by Lola because of the chat on the threads - but the only scents I'm liking at the moment are herbal or a bit salty so I'm trying to resist. Tbh I'm feeling a bit stupid for buying the JLFAC and may try to return it so I can buy a bottle of Bibbi Swimming Pool instead. I'm going to be drowning in fragrances that don't really excite me if I'm not careful, I don't really know the ones in the BT calendar apart from Santal 33 and that's too distinctive plus a good friend had it as her signature scent when it first came out so I still associate with her.

I don’t live in Dublin so someone who lives there might know a closer post office but BT is on Grafton St and the GPO is on O’Connell St which is basically a straight walk across the river. It’s about 10 minutes. I’d say if you contact BT customer services they could arrange to have your calendar in a box for posting. They may already do that for click and collect anyway.

As much as I like the idea of doing a blog / documentary, which I'm sure would be an absolute hitmaker, I've ordered another with the discount code to parcel flow. So for now, the trip to Dublin is on hold.

I'd end up having BBC, itv and netflix fighting for my documentary making skills. So best not to do that. 🤣

I’ve been searching high and low for other perfumes and lotions that give same experience as swimming pool, @LightandBreezy. Have you found anything like it?

I have a 10ml Bibbi Swimming Pool from last year’s Liberty edit if you want to swap for something? I have tried it (so it's not full) but wasn't keen.

What does Lola smell like? I'm quite intrigued now!
