I’m so jealous of you all! I was tempted to do C&C and travel to Dublin myself, but the confirmation of a smaller size FDB is making it less tempting, as that was the main draw for me. It’s still a bargain, and I may well change my mind (it’s still showing pre-order option). I’m getting a bit fed up with my sensible approach these days, I’ve resisted so many BACs that I’m starting to think I’m broken!

I wouldn’t do it with the view of my Dsis collecting as I don’t know how far the store is from where she lives and she doesn’t drive.

Ive meno brain and forget what ive bought. Handy at times but can be a pain. 🤣
Its nice to go through stuff and shop your stash, so to speak.
Some on here are really good and do regular sort outs to gift,donate,sell,etc. I do think thats the best option especially if like me you start buying lots of edits as well.
I didnt see it all as mainly hidden all over but then when I started to sort out was amazed/ horrified by how much id bought. 🤣
It is, as you know, highly addictive 🤣 but fun and not hurting anyone 🤩
I'm got product fatigue. Although i did buy the £54 boots skincare one yesterday and the k beauty box which also had 20% off. So first advent bought.

I do write stuff down but lose the note pads. I have loads knocking around.
I'm destashing and being ruthless as to what I can use up. Also throwing older stuff out as I seem to hang on to stuff to the very end instead of just binning if not wowed.
Eg. Skin Rocks Aeye cream from Liberty edit a while back. Glad I didnt buy full price. I contemplated it. Nice enough but not amazing but I cant bin it. 🤣

I didn’t even want the BT calendar but found myself getting as far as checkout with the code from Ova here!! I had a word with myself as not smelt Sirene, know I don’t like the JM and had no idea how I would collect so I’ve moved away!! So pleased for those of you who managed to get it!

This is stressful just watching other people buy them! I'm glad I'm sitting this one out 😅

The hours ive spent looking for stuff ive listed on vinted. I now use an old lush advent box, well 2, to store whats on vinted and go through regularly as even when I've checked ive still misplaced them. 🤔🤷🤩
The stress..i then look for the item and find loads more stuff id forgotten about 🤣

I have had the same trouble with boots advantage card as others. Have £7 off of a £70 spend but it doesn’t add even with full price products. After some really good advantage card offers in the run up to Christmas last year my offers since have been rubbish. I used to get a 10% off and a £7 worth of points every month without fail. It also stacked with other offers so I used to order all my toiletries and and a lot of skincare and sometimes perfume etc was a really good price. I hardly order from them now as I can better deals elsewhere.
I almost got the skincare advent but decided to leave it as it’s just basics and not very exciting. I have lots of stuff in my stash so probably for the best.

I think this is why I've chosen to fly over and get it 🙈 I'm not good at taking risks or being a rule breaker (the 4 perfumes thing). And I don't have much luck, whenever I do take risks or break a rule, I always get caught out 🤣
It seems extreme, but for me, it'll only be like going to London to collect the Harrods one.
