I love the laura mercier vanilla hand cream so im sure id love that scent.

I love the hand cream too. That's what led me to the perfume.

Miller Harris Scherzo, continuing with the rose theme. Love this, its sharp and a touch oudy but not too overpowering.

There's a Jo Malone marmalade scent, not an orange fan myself so haven't tried it.

Big Jo Malone 'Orange Marmalade' fan here (and I don't like a lot of their other scents) - its a musky, woody, skin-scent version of orange marmalade; not sharp like Orange Bitters, not really gourmand either. Not sure I'd describe it as 'sexy' but I like it a lot.

I see SpaceNK have some edits too. Nothing of interest so still on my super low nearly no buy

Laura Mercier has Ambre Vanille and Vanille - I have Ambre Vanile and love it. I would love to try the other two, but not blind buying them and they aren't available in store.

My Selfridges fragrance edit has arrived, I'd not smelt the hedonist before and I feel like that is the main reason I bought it. Well, I don't like it 🤣 I already have Ganymede and Halfeti so I'm selling these, I'm not a big fan of escentric molecules so I'm selling that too. So it's just oud maracuja and odeon that I'm keeping, only 2 out of the 6, oops!

Also, does anyone else think it's weird that the hedonist is the only one that doesn't fit in it's space? 🤣

I hadn't noticed that. I've sold most of what I bought on Saturday keeping Ganymede for myself. Halfeti hadn't sold yet is it really that bad, how would you describe it. Ganymede and odeon best for me. Ive tried to like oud but unless its a supporting character not the main character im just not an.oud fan.

I really like Ganymede but I have 2 bottles of it and a sample so there's no need to keep it. I wore it a lot in December and really didn't make much of a dent in it at all 😊

The hedonist, hmm, I've no idea how to describe it. It kinda makes me think of like an old apothecary shop at a museum 🙈🤣 I'm not sure what to do with it now, I won't wear it but obviously I've sprayed it now 😬

Oud maracuja is like holiday feels 🌴

So, after reading reviews on Fragantica saying that Lalique Amethyst smells like PDM Meliora I bought some to test. I’ve only used paper testing strips so far but they are quite similar. Amethyst is more powdery on initial spraying but at £14 for 50ml it’s a decent dupe. I’m going to save my Meliora for my holiday and liberally spray the Amethyst

Ugh I’m tempted to by the selfridges one. The hedonist was in a perfume advent and I like that and want to try halfeti and Ganymede. But am on no buy until I finish at least 2 travel sizes. Boooooo.

luckily the space nk edits are not my taste.

I went into John Lewis and had a sniff of Essential Perfumes - all made by fancy perfumers and Van cleefs. Honestly I liked at less 5 from each range but not the ones in the discovery sets. Anyway I’d be interested in others takes. There were two lovely oud ones in van cleefs.

SOTD is flowerbomb tiger lily. This reminds me of pina colada, it's in a simliar vein to sunset hour.

Bed time scent is Montale Rendez Vous Chez Harods. this was in the Harrods frag AC the year before last. Lovely deep rich gournandy oud. Darker and deeper than Arabians Tonka, but a little similar.

SOTD was Dorade by Tiziana Terenzi from the Harrods advent. I wear this to the office quite a bit and it's growing on me with time. I was meh about it at first but it is quite pleasant and office friendly.

I’m wearing Lancôme Idole today. It smells very similar to one of the Marc Jacobs Daisy scents. It’s sweet, an ok everyday perfume for me.

Fig erotique today. Lovely warm deep fig scent that seems to work in a variety of settings/ occasions TF have done a belter with this one

Trying Kayali Freedom Matcha Musk today, the final one of the samples. Not keen on this, smells a bit like warm milky popcorn. Only one I've liked really from this set is the Santal one which I'll be picking up resale from the SNK edit.

I used to wear scent every day. Now I forget!

But the last few days I’ve made an effort again. So today is Thameen Cullinan Diamond.

I smelled it in Selfridges about 3 years ago and it made my heart skip a beat! Literally! So I asked my family to club together and get it for me.

I love it so much. I can’t describe it. Apparently it’s a floral woody musk. And it’s lovely.

Having a rubbish time with work at the moment so I went for a walk round Liberty. Didn't buy anything, but I've come away with a lot of blotters to smell later, and a sample of the new Chloé Atelier des Fleurs - Sous Les Pins - which is lovely. My 2 SNK perfume sets arrived today. I got the gourmand and the floral sets.

I haven't yet found an escentric molecules that I like, so instead of risking it and opening them, they went straight onto vinted 🤣

I'm not a massive fan of kayali, but I do like the fleur Majesty. I've sold the vanilla one and also listed the 2 maison Margiela ones.

It's my first time smelling phlur rose whip and I love it, I think I'll be wearing that one a lot over spring. I also like the phlur cherry stem one, I've been trying to smell that one but every time I've been into spacenk, the tester was empty 😕 so I'm glad to finally try it and like it.

I also like both glossier and both dedcools, which was unexpected, I was thinking I'd sell one of those and now I can't decide which one should go.

I have also sold one of the copper makeup bags, so maybe I don't need to sell another perfume after all.

Anyway, my scent of this afternoon is now a mixture of the glossiers, dedcools and phlur perfumes 🥰😍🩷

Kayali set claimed now 😊

My DP came in from work, gave me a hug and as he does most evenings announced how lovely I smell

Joy, thought I would have to wait until tomorrow before getting my SNK frag sets as I was out at work all day and they won't leave in safeplace, due to RM crapness it's being delivered late, tonight, imminently. I ordered all three, will report back when opened.
