Today, thanks to @TragicMuse for the reminder, I am resplendent in Givenchy III 💗

I made the mistake during lockdown of ordering some Ô de Lancôme, thinking that was the fresh green scent I remembered from my youth (i.e. enjoyed spraying in department stores, but never had the means to buy). How very wrong was I... not the same beast, at all: waaaaaay too bitter.

The relaunched Givenchy III seems to capture the essence of what I liked so much in the 70s, although obvs I can't compare them side by side!

Gypsy water - Byredo for me - end of sample. Nice but not a RP.

parfum muse gwp arrived- it’s very generous I thought. I’m going to see what the two extra Khloe Kardashian perfumes are like this evening 😂. Mix of brands and very fun!

Hello , a while ago there was a post about a jewellry box that could be used for mini perfumes . I wondered if they could re post please ? I also ordered the perfume muse , thank you @IDontHateRainbows but I really need to find a way to store them !

And hive mind again, new Ô de Lancôme is a travesty! It was a gorgeous lemon green scent in its original form, and it’s nothing like that now. I loved it so so much

I smell like a big mixture of Dior privee perfumes 🤣 I've made quite a few Dior beauty purchases recently so I've received a few little perfume samples and decided to try them today. I've bought a few travel sizes from vinted of the ones I like 🥰 I already had gris Dior, rose star and amber nuit and I've now purchased Jasmin Des Anges, Diorivera and oud Ispahan.

Well XO by Khloe Kardashian is alright- vanilla, floral, woody fruit. Kolour me surprised!im not rushing out to buy it but not a scrubber.

The other one is not great (called almost always) - weird synthetic notes at the end.

Prada infusion d'ylang this evening. Lovely yellow floral.

Its fab for a min spend isn't it.

Yes @IDontHateRainbows I got a candle from eight and bob - quite nice, but no Diptyque, though considerably cheaper.

I actually ordered 4 separate parfum muse orders. I sell on ebay as most of you regulars know so I thought I could use some of the samples as a complimentary extra to any orders. I love bdk so will keep those samples for myself and try a few of the others.

Some liberty stuff coming today as it was new kit+ gwp time so I made up to the min spend for the kit with the woody and floral perfume boxes + a comme des garcons mini discovery kit. Loved the cdg zero in the scent kit last year and want to try more minimalist, edgy scents.

In my excitement at the pending liberty order i forgot to mention sotd, boy smells violet ends. This is a lovely deep smoky leathery one. Once you get over the dire name boy smells they are quite a good house.

@IDontHateRainbows I haven't received a dispatched notification from Liberty, is it usually NDD?

It's not but because a) I'm impatient and b) I'm away as of Friday I ordered NDD.

Often it can come NDD or two days later with the standard delivery but I didn't want to take any chances. Annoyingly it's due when I'm in a teams call with the big cheese - I'll have to jump off the call no way am I missing this!

Wearing BDK Oud Paradiso today. It settles down to being quite creamy. Despite me thinking it would be a summer scent I think it will work all year round. It's a lovely scent although I did have to force myself to step away from Lira to try some of the others I bought.

Opened the Ex Nihilo Extrait set I got as a birthday gift this morning. I like all of them. The Hedonist is the only one I'm sure on - it's a little masculine.

Wearing Fleur Narcotique. IIRC the difference with this one to the original is a blackberry rather than raspberry note. It's a lovely scent, is reminding me of something else - maybe GA My Way? Not sure, I'll have to go spray that one later to compare.

That sounds amazing, I am getting into Ex nihilo lately, had the outcast blue extrait yesterday from the liberty set, which I am fast becoming a fan of.

My Givenchy III came with a free sample of Prada Virtual Flower, which I am enduring today. Let's just say I'm glad I didn't fork out for it!

It's a lovely set. Even better for being a gift.

SOTD summer mink by better world fragrance (aka Drake’s perfume line….). This is really nice. Citrusy but light, but floral, woody, warm.

From a sample bag - would have never picked it up from name, house or bottle.

Givenchy only. It’s discontinued now but is lovely, top note of pepper I think.

I was looking at buying a little set during my recent visit to the ex nihilo pod on Harrods 6th floor. The bottles are so cute!!

I didn't like the hedonist when I first smelt it, I received it in the Selfridge's set. I decided to wear it on a Sunday morning walk and now I really like it. It's never going to become a favourite but I do think it's nice when you're out and about.
