Oh I forgot about the FACs being 12 days, so not to be opened until later in the month! I’m kind of glad actually because I’m still not organised and need to condense them.

I sorted through my perfume society boxes last night, separating anything that will be suitable for DS. I’m undecided whether to put them as a mixed advent for him, or just add them to his Christmas stocking

I will probably only join the Liberty opening thread.

I have Cult Beauty too but really want an item from it for a night out on the 13th...I may ransack it if required! 😂

I've already opened and started using fragrance advents from Look Fantastic, SNK and HN! I have honestly loved them all.

Harrods fragrance I'm opening on 19th Dec as my treat when I finish work for the year!

For Christmas day I have the CB fragrance stocking and SNK fragrance cracker.
Plus I've refilled the SNK 12 day FAC with loads of buys from the last couple of months. It has the JL luxury box, Sali Hghes CB edit, items from other BACs I bought off Vinted and purchases from my shopping day at Cheshire Oaks.

No-one in my real life knows or cares about this crazy advent haul so I've loved sharing the experience here 🥰

@TreesinthePark I will miss this thread too - it’s one of the few places Ive really posted on Mumsnet where there is no nastiness and it’s been so nice getting to know everyone. Like you, I don’t have anyone else who would begin to understand about the advent haul so I’ve enjoyed posting on here.

Ive really gone over the top this year, but I think what I’ve got will probably see me out! 😆😆. I got my Liberty and L’artisan parfumeur out this morning and did a bit f a double take at wjat else was in the wardrobe 😆. I’d forgotten that I bought Korres, and then I’ve got a fragrance cracker and stocking, and harrods, PDM, SNK and HN fragrance calendars. I’ve also found the Selfridges fragrance edit which I put away for my birthday next week. And I think mr G has bought me the F&M for a xmas/birthday present. I couldn’t confess this to anyone else! I think because they have been released over such a long time, it’s been easier for me to forget what I’ve bought. 😳😆

It’s been such a lovely thread and I’ve been introduced to sone new brands too. I feel like I’ve got myself back a bit and will really enjoy using all my products.

is there a spacenk thread yet? I’ll also join Harrods’s 🎄

Does anyone have Look Fantastic? I got a big surprise today as my husband suddenly produced the LF calendar for me as a treat, I wasn’t going to get one for myself as I’ve spent a lot on other bits this year. Now very excited!

Thanks to everyone, especially @BakeOffRewatch, for making this such a lovely thread. It’s been a difficult few months for me and DD, and this thread has been a welcome relief.

I’ve got Lumene and Hotel Chocolat milk for Advent, while DD has dark chocolate and Pokemon. We are going to do Degustabox as Jadvent, as a lead up to DD’s birthday.

Huge thanks and virtual hugs to everyone who has contributed to this thread - especially @BakeOffRewatch for setting it up. I am really going to miss it. Some people may think all this BAC chat is very shallow, but it’s helped me more than you all know with RL stuff.

We founding members of RHOBAC know how important it can actually be to have a friendly, safe place to chat about a shared interest amidst all the ‘noise’ out there!

Thanks for the threads. I’ve popped onto the liberty and waifs threads. I don’t post much but I’ve enjoyed reading and it’s been a great distraction while recovering from chemo. Looking forward to trying out all my stash over the next year. See you all in 2026 I wonder if they start rolling the calendars out even earlier.

Thank you to @BakeOffRewatch for setting up the thread and everyone who has contributed for another year of product analysis, cost breakdowns and bargain hunting. It’s been a better year than last with a few bargains to be had and not too much trauma although Harrods didn’t let us down with their early fragrance calander release which seems a lifetime ago. Looking forward to seeing what we all think of our advents and see you all same place next year
