I'm trying out Bibbi Santal Beauty and Vyrao The Sixth today - both from the Liberty AC. I'm not getting much from the Vyrao, except grass and tobacco, so will sell on.

I like the Bibbi one - I'm getting a zingyness and the violet has stayed while the warmth is coming through - it's a keeper.

And lucky me - I went shopping in Fenwick with DSis and pointed out the PDM counter, only to find out she went through a PDM phase last year and has almost full bottles of Delina and Valaya that she's going to pass on to me.

The Sixth is one of my favourite summer scents, nice and fresh. I’ve never found a Bibbi that I get on with but I haven’t tried them all

VERY EXCITING UPDATE!!!!! Escentual have the PDM sets back in stock and have agreed to sell to me at the BF price i originally paid which is like £60 instead of £160. Just as well as i'm really enjoying the Delina I had from the HN calendar and really want to try the exclusif.

I on other hand have not received a single black Friday order yet - I have 5 orders, some of them not even send yet.

I am looking at the chat gpt list and I have strong views that instead of repeating portrait of lady, opium, Shalimar and theiry d'hermes- they need to have Alien, Lost Cherry and Agnel's share and Harrod but from that list I have smelled 59. (including the subs)

47 I think, although I know I have a couple of the brands mentioned like Serge Lutens, but I’m unsure which particular ones in the range as I haven’t tried them yet. I’m still mulling over what’s missing but Angel’s Share should definitely be there. I’m not sure Molecule 01 is avant garde, it’s a bit done to death although I do like it and used to wear it regularly. CK One should probably be included as it was the first mainstream unisex scent iirc

SOTE Narciso all of me intense. I got into this from the perfume shop calendar, its a really nice fruity but cozy scent. I like to mix uo the niche and the designer stuff.
Its nothing like the original all of me, but I've long given up expecting flankers to smell much like the original

SOTD was day 4 from my Harrods calendar.

This one instantly transported me to somewhere hot and sunny 🌞 It's refreshing and bright, like a holiday in a bottle, I love it but it's definitely one I'll put away for sunnier times 💛🏝️

One year he bought a plain, unscented candle. Just a massive green wax monstrosity from IKEA. I dont even Iike scented candles let alone unscented. Ive given up trying to teach him so this way is easier....

🤣 I used to let him know what I wanted and then a few days before Christmas, we'd have to run around town trying to find it as it'd sold out everywhere 🤦🏻‍♀️ now if I order it, I can make sure it's for a decent price, definitely what I want etc.

I just make sure I buy myself lots of treats in the run up to Christmas as DH has great intentions but it can be a bit hit and miss. DS2 is amazing though and always buys me something I love that’s a total surprise. DS1 is like their dad 😁
