I’m exactly the same with my tree and have also got my childhood baubles. I start out trying to be tasteful but then can’t resist adding more until there’s something on every little branch 😆

I have the Liberty AC that I bought for myself and I have dropped a major hint to DH for the Jo Malone one for a joint Xmas / birthday this year….fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Has anyone put their AC out yet?!! Mine is still in the box packaging unopened and in a cupboard!

@SpinningaCompass I have Harrods and JL, I like them both for different reasons. I think it really depends on what you want out of a BAC. If you’re looking for the more luxury feel then Harrods is the way to go, it’s only slightly more expensive than JL (though I believe Harrods is OOS online).
I feel that JL is a bit expensive compared to last year, but still a good BAC and personally a lot of products I like and will use, and sometimes they do give ‘money off’ in the rewards section of the app

@IlovePond @Growlybear83 I’m also guilty of overloading my tree with sentimental decorations. Though the last couple of years I’ve gone for a 2 colour themed approach, so I add my sentimental decorations to the back of the tree, so that I can still look and enjoy them, but they don’t clash with my theme

@Ilikeyoursleeves I can trust myself not to dip into my calendars if they’re shit away in a wardrobe but if I had them out where I could see them before 1 December I don’t think I’d be able to stop myself from dipping in. 😆😆

It's as if websites actually don't want you on their sites. Look fantastic and it's popup for signing up for emails every time, CB and SNK rubbish paid for reviews and if you venture anywhere near the bar at the top your page is filled with a menu and of course you can't help hit the bar because it takes up 1/3 of your screen. Gave up browsing. But hey saved some money.

I found out yesterday that someone aka as DD had been in my Liberty BAC & kidnapped one of the drawer contents & took it with her on her London trip last weekend! 😮

DD thought I wouldn't notice but the box was slightly out of place in the spare room & when I checked the Ianthe bag had put on back to front - she's needs to up her game if she wants to be a beauty thief 😂

Now I did say she could have the product on the day I opened that drawer but obviously she couldn't wait.
I got my own back by hiding her new perfume that she'd recently bought (ironically Carolina Herrara's Good Girl 😂) then we did a 'hostage swap'

Changing subject she went to the Granado store in Convent Garden & said it was amazing.

What did she nick?

🤣🤣 I'm the same! I don't have enough self control to have them out before the 1st.

My older sister used to struggle with self control in December, she'd usually forget about our chocolate calendars for the first week or 2, then one day, we would go downstairs and through the night she would've ripped through the rest of her own, mine and my other sisters and my mum's. What would follow is a load of crying and shouting 🙈🤣

I already bought the Medik8 night cream for my DIY advent calendar so I'm gutted to see it included in the cult beauty latest edit for less than I paid for just the cream. Anyone used it and know if it's worth buying another? I've still got 2 boxes to fill.
