New thread! Will this be the last thread? I think it will last two weeks and we’ll finish on a round number 10. Though Black Friday deals may mean we burn through this and 10 onto 11 and 12!

I’ve started getting Black Friday early access emails for 25% etc.

🤣 It's another 2 that have gone. I wonder how many Lib ACs there are if they're announcing a discount for Monday 🤔 they obviously don't think it's going to sell out tonight or tomorrow. I still don't think I'll buy it. There's nothing really drawing me to it.

😹😹😹 @OvaHere - you are right! Although, tbf, I do still regret letting last year’s SPACENK get away. This year’s didn’t appeal to me at all, but 2024’s was a good one!

I've been tapping my foot wondering where my CEW Awards edit is, so re-read the delivery info and I do like the sound of this for potential discounts:

"Please note we will be sending first batch of orders from Wednesday 26th November 2025 and that we reserve the right to offer seasonal promotions/discounts."

Google for the edit and I get it saying £145.83 so maybe price coming down?16.66% discount though is a little odd?

To bring down the tone of the BAC discussion from Vogue to the cheap dreck I'm looking at, can anyone say which is the best cheap (make-up heavy) BAC to buy?

The ones I'm looking at are:

(1) Revolution;
(2) Profusion;
(3) Wow gift box calendars on Amazon;
(4) Sunkissed; and
(5) W7 Beauty Blast.

I may be missing some, but I'm particularly dithering between (1), (2) and (5).

Any opinions/recommendations welcome 😃

I think revolution as a brand wins out of these 😊 I've not actually looked at the ACs though so I can't comment on the contents.

Revolution was the first BAC to be released! I really like the brand and the mix of products in it. There’s a whole look in there, items for each part of the face. I think this is could be a good one. Notino UK had it originally but I think it's sold out there.

A lot of the US make up youtubers rate it as a drugstore type brand. I'm sure there's some unboxing videos.

This is the only place I can find it now. Despite the weird name I believe it's a legit site that does a lot of indie make up brands also. As it's EU there may be higher shipping costs/taxes.

Has MUA been mentioned? I saw it in a Superdrug advert. Looks like items are wrapped in tissue in a largish bag rather than a numbered box. Around £40
