Really looking forward to this months drop. I've had an awful start to the year and looks set to just keep getting worse. I know I'm probably in the minority but I'm hoping for some more perfume. I like skincare but don't open new things until I need them so I like the instant gratification of perfumes

bendybusbuggy1 · 05/01/2026 18:30

@BCSurvivor , have you received yours? Mine was emailed out at 17:15 today.

Sorry to hear that @Tirednamechange

BCSurvivor · 05/01/2026 18:38

@bendybusbuggy1 yes, about 6pm, off to spend in now :)

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 05/01/2026 18:50

Just got mine too!

IDontHateRainbows · 05/01/2026 18:51

I bought the dries van noten set of 4 travel size perfumes with my vouchers. Had my eye on it a while.

The DvN bottles are so pretty https://www.libertylondon.com/?algq=dries%20perfume I like that they made the samples decorative too

Arrearing50 · 05/01/2026 19:32

I never mind perfume, it’s easy to get rid of
if it’s not my bag. Looking forward to it, so cold and dark this time of year

Primrosespaw · 05/01/2026 21:11

I would love Soie Malaquais after having browse in liberty last week. Will need to save a bit more BD credit to go with voucher before I go there. Stunning bottle.

bendybusbuggy1 · 06/01/2026 08:11

This is really good I think - they sent out this early access link to BD members this morning, general release is tomorrow

I’m really disappointed with the Hall of Fame. It’s the same old stuff, and the less luxurious stuff like PK, Bamford, Trinny. I also have enough of those eye masks from previous boxes to last until next Christmas!

BIossomtoes · 06/01/2026 08:24

Not for me. The ubiquitous Philip Kingsley, Bamford and Charlotte Menzah are enough to deter me.

TragicMuse · 06/01/2026 08:35

Not for me! I don’t think Bamford is worth whatever they charge for it! It just doesn’t feel expensive and luxurious. Mind you, not many shower gels do. It’s just soap and smart packaging isn’t it!

WindsurfingDreams · 06/01/2026 08:41

Yeah the bamford products really don't impress me at all. I've had a few and never once been tempted to purchase them they just don't seem very good quality.

BIossomtoes · 06/01/2026 08:42

I really must bin the three unused Bamford shower gels sitting at the end of the bath.

Arrearing50 · 06/01/2026 08:49

No not getting the Bamford love either - it’s always in f&m and agree it’s not luxe.

otoh it’s basically a free hand wash when you cost up even the on sale price of skin rocks amplifier and MZ microtox - would like to try both.

but there’s nothing else that tips it especially or did I miss something great? Don’t mind PK, or Kate S, that Trinny empress eye colour - who is that going to be a hero product for?

I do like Oribe though.

dithering.

AprilLady · 06/01/2026 08:56

I think the big draws are the MZ skin eye serum, the Skin Rocks serum and the Dermalogica oil to foam cleanser, which would comfortably cover the cost of the box. I don’t dislike Bamford, but have only really loved their bath oils (if that was included it might have tipped the balance for me). Also not a fan of the purple perfume, so that is a miss. Fortunately the kit is not enough to tempt me to stray from my low buy 2026 resolution.

OvaHere · 06/01/2026 09:35

There's a couple of things I wouldn't mind. The MZ, Oribe and maybe the Skin Rocks. I'm with @AprilLady though, I'm supposed to be mindfully or low buying this year and adding all this to my existing stash would not be it.

For anyone who doesn't have a ridiculous stash post advent and has loyalty vouchers to go towards it then it's a nice box to brighten up January.

Arrearing50 · 06/01/2026 09:53

Agree - I don’t have a huge stash as didn’t get AC this year…and my eyes certainly do suck up eye cream!

any one used the MZ microtox or skin Rox amplifier? Are they good?

AndeanFlamingo · 06/01/2026 10:02

I don't think this is for me. I know it's only one item but I'm really disappointed with the inclusion of the Fugazzi perfume when we had it in a recent beauty drop. They do seem to repeat a lot of things and it's quite frustrating at times.

BakeOffRewatch · 06/01/2026 10:45

With Bamford I did really like the rose bath oil that came in the 2023 Liberty Says Relax kit. I really loved that edit, all of it.

I think it’s a great edit if you don’t have a stash or not used these brands before. There’s a lot there I haven’t used. I’m just glad to have something to scrutinise 😂. I’m on the slow, only full size items I actually want and need, train for purchasing this year though will be interested in makeup heavy edits.

Liberty really need to sort out their descriptions, it says 30 items in the editor’s notes.

https://www.libertylondon.com/uk/beauty-hall-of-fame-kit-000861094.html
17 items £185, £166.50 for BD members, value £793.82, I get £776.75

£30.22 Chantecaille Faux Cils Longest Lash Mascara Mini 4g

  • £68 for 9g but do we count things you can’t buy in the value? I have 2 mascaras in my stash I think, I do appreciate having a sample size as then I’m more likely to throw away after 2 months as recommended for eye health

£30 Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Booster 150ml

  • people clearly like and use this so think it qualifies for the “beauty hall of fame” definition. My HG is the PK anti frizz gloss though. I don’t use this.

£28 Bamford Geranium Hand & Body Wash 250ml

  • Not something I enjoy using. I think a full size is good though. Really don’t like the little ones you can’t squeeze, so you wait for it to pour out and it’s too much. I really dislike sample size shower gels.

£16 Skincycles Bio-Cellulose Face Mask 25ml

  • £80 for five. I like these. I’d never buy but like using them. So not sure on the value to me.

£100 Omorovicza Balancing Moisturiser 50ml

  • Ah so like aprillady already said this is the main pull of the kit. I already have a lot of moisturiser to get through.

£17.40 Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo 75ml

  • You can buy a travel size of this for £21. £58 for 250ml. I like to still to large packets of Ouai shampoo 946ml for £56. You can buy 1litre refill of this too for £148. Again I don’t really like shower or hair products in this size at all. I know some people appreciate for travel but I decant my main stuff into reusable travel bottles.

£35 Fugazzi Purple Eau de Parfum 8ml

  • Seems to be selling on resale sites for £25-30. Can buy this size on liberty web page. Some people loved it. I think it’s a pretty bottle and nice packaging.

£55 Dermalogica Oil to Foam Total Cleanser 250ml

£17 Ultra Violette Sheen Screen™ SPF 50 Hydrating Lip Balm in Choc Top 15g

  • Reviews for this are good though they say they changed the formula to minty and people didn’t like it - though some reviews said it tasted chemically as well. Doesn’t sound like something I’d like to use

£40 Charlotte Mensah Manketti Oil Finishing Mist 100ml

  • I love the smell of the products in this brand. If they did refill packs I’d switch to their shampoo and conditioner. But I don’t need a finishing oil.

£20 Trinny London Eye2Eye in Empress 4g

  • Looks like a nice chocolate brown. I’m not sure about this brand, some people absolutely love it and some people not impressed, is it emperor’s new clothes? I’m not the target market though.

£42.50 Sisley Paris Sisleÿa L'Intégral Anti-Âge 5ml

  • 50ml for £425. How much younger is your skin going to get with 5ml though. Not enough to decide if you want to spend £425 to repurchase. I don’t think this should count to the value.

£85 QMS Medicosmetics Cellular Sun Shield SPF 50+ 30ml

  • Is this a new product? No reviews under it on LookFantastic. The Harrods copy says it “The innovative formula strengthens your immune system and stimulates your skin’s DNA repair mechanism” and that which is a high claim! It doesn’t say that on the out of stock listing on Liberty, which shows different packaging so maybe reformulated or retested.

£25 Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment 15ml

  • I don’t like exfoliates or acids, I prefer nourishing skincare

£155 MZ Skin Microtox Tightening Eye Serum 15ml

  • I have really rated each product I’ve used from this brand so maybe the kit is worth it just for this. I am making my way through a full size Sunday Riley Auto correct though which I’m very happy with. If anyone does get it, please share a review.

£70 Skinrocks The Amplifier 100ml

  • Another brand like Trinny, I am not sure about it. I did enjoy using the moisturiser in Liberty 2025 AC but there’s other moisturisers I prefer at a lower price point. I loved the whipped texture but not anything performance wise.

£10.63 111Skin Rose Gold Illuminating Eye Mask 6ml

  • £85 for 8. These are great, especially pre event. DH actually goes wow what did you do.
AndeanFlamingo · 06/01/2026 10:56

Thanks for the breakdown @BakeOffRewatch ! I'm now reconsidering whether this would be worth it for me as I'm interested in the MZ Skin eye serum along with Omorovicza, QMS and Ultraviolette. I actually already have the Ultraviolette lip SPF in that colour and I love it. I'd need to be really disciplined about passing on anything I won't use it as my stash does not need to grow!

BCSurvivor · 06/01/2026 11:08

Ooohh, I'm dithering a bit with this.
Love Omorovicza and that's full size, love a good serum, Bamford always feels like a filler product, QMS Medicosmetics Cellular Sun Shield sounds good - the perfume...we've just had it in a beauty box and although I love the scent in the air, it doesn't work as well with my skin.

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 08/01/2026 01:06

I've finally got round to trying the Dizziak shampoo & conditioner from the July 2025 box.
I'm in love with the conditioner as it makes my long wavy hair so soft, silky & light reflecting with no frizz at all. My hair is fine but slightly dry on the lengths/ends.
It doesn't weigh my hair down at all.

The shampoo is ok but a bit to heavy to use frequently so I just use that occasionally.

I am definitely getting the full size Dizziak conditioner when I finish up the travel size I have.

Looking forward to the January 2026 box which I expect will have a perfume in it.
Though I'm hoping that we will get a bubble bath or bath soak, body cream/oil or handcream - or all 3.

I know what I'd really love is a Trinny eyeshadow pot!

For anyone around London on the 14th, this seems a good offer
