Id love to see the clothes exhibition on telly especially with experts who could discuss things properly. Not 'royal experts' who yap on all topics.

Do you mean the talking heads on Channel 5? I've given up on their RF programmes - mostly gossip, hearsay and repetition!

If I have been working on a Saturday I like a good Channel Five talking head. It's very relaxing 😴.
But for something as important as a hundred ish years of fashion I would like actual people discussing darts and pocket placement and buttons and embroidery .

I’m definitely going to try to get to the QEII fashion exhibition.

Charles and Camilla visited the National Stud at Newmarket.
And Princess Dephine’s dress for Belgium’s National Day has been declared inappropriate by some because of its thigh high split. It was created by non-binary Belgian designer, Benjamin Voortmans and Delphine chose to wear it to highlight his work.

Delphine's dress is interesting. I think the colour and shape are quite good , although there's a bit too much detail going on, especially with the buttons down the side.
Cams looks nice, that's definitely a good dress shape for her.

Me too. I just hope it won't be too crowded and it will be possible to get a good look at everything.

With the Bayeux Tapestry coming to London next year, it will be a good year for anyone interested in stitchery. That's going to be at the BM, and the last time I went to a big exhibition there unfortunately it was too crowded and one couldn't see anything properly.

I keep wandering the corridors imagining princess louise walking along the same space in the beautiful Fife tiara!
it’s a lovely place. Though a bit too many taxindemy stag heads for my taste. Each head has a tag saying who shot it when. Lots fromDuke of Connaught, Prince of wales (presumably Edward? ) lord Farquhar (not the one from shrek!). I’ll try and share some photos

It looks fabulous. We have had a couple of national trust and landmark trust holidays. Its a complete break from our normal life!

I like the green dresses - they look very summery without being matchy-matchy

Less convinced about Mathilde's red outfit - it's a bit "mother of the bride" for my taste

George looks a lot like a younger Prince William with a lot of Diana genes and a bit of Michael Middleton as well
