I love The Sixth but that article 😁 I didn’t get very far

I have a sample of that too. I like it more than witchy woo but yeah I don’t think this is the house for me. I haven’t touched it since initially smelling it.

Yes, Vyrao is extremely woo with "charged crystals" in the FSBs etc.

One of the claims for The Sixth is that it's anxiety reducing, but I didn't find that. I did quite like it as a non-sweet herbal scent once the early note of decay had passed.

I tried really hard to like Vyrao, and all the marketing with the hype around vibes and healing woo is a nice touch, but I'm just not that impressed with the scents tbh.

Sisley Eau De Campagne

Jo Malone Beach Blossom. Lovely Mojito with coconut for a hot day. Body moisturiser is Beauty Pie Brazilian Lime Fig Leaves & Tea. In the jar it smells like EA Green Tea, but on the skin I get the lime too.
Now looking for a cool room in the house. Gosh, it’s hot!

Herrera Good Girl original - going through a phase with this brand at the moment probably because they have a sale on and really good freebies with every order! Wasn't sure of this one at first but beginning to like it more now. Quite a sophisticated scent although not sure its full bottle worthy. Not very summery maybe more one for cooler monhts.

Also afternoon delight by Replica. Love it but like all Replica it fades really quickly and I've nearly gone through the 10ml in a matter of weeks.

I’ve fallen way off these threads. SOTD is Jo by Jo Loves, summery but I don’t love it. I’m away next week and it’s been tough choosing what to take, I’ve settled on a handful of 2ml samples and the FS Electric Rhubarb from the M&S beauty bag

I tried the new Jo Malone Raspberry Ripple - very lovely creamy berry redcurrant and a nice sweet skin-musk drydown but it is so light and the initial blast of fruit barely lasts.

Luna again today. I can't seem to get enough of it at the moment. I'd never heard of it until I joined these threads.

I had a spray of Luna at an airport over a month ago and can’t forget it. Really loved it, but I have so many other perfumes I can’t justify the spend right now. I think it will have to be a Christmas gift to myself (if I can wait that long!)

Zara A Sweet Pastry in Paris. I just want to eat myself. It’s tarte au citron lemon meringue shortbread lemon muffin beautiful.

Tried a dupe of lost cherry, it doesn't smell a bit like it and has distinct shoe polish vibes. It's from Amazon so back it goes. Rarely have I found a dupe that works - I don't know if I'll ever learn!
The only one that has worked and I don't even know if you can call it a dupe rather than a cheaper scent in its own right, is find comfort which is very like bal d'afrique. But I feel bad calling it a dupe - it just happens to be made by the same perfumer.

Don't wait that long - I don't think it will smell as good in winter as it does at this time of year.

It's nearly my birthday (if you stretch the definition of nearly, ha!) so I treated myself.

Earlier was EA Green Tea Coconut Breeze. Seems to be my hot weather perfume this year, have worn it quite a bit. Have also got the Lotus version but prefer Coconut Breeze.

Now wearing Tocca Stella. Like the orange notes in this. Can’t buy a full bottle though as just bought a full size of Lucia and one Tocca fragrance is enough. Too many other things out there I want to buy!

Dyptique Philosykos - the green of the fig felt perfect for today’s heat

Ted Baker - Violet and Bergamot. The body spray.

It’s so so light and sweet. I wish they hadn’t discontinued it. Almost through this final bottle!

Tried finding similar scent profiles, nothing comes close!

@HolidayHattie I put the Ouai Dean St on today. I don't hate it but I know exactly what you mean by bug spray. I'd say it's almost sherbet like too.

Luna for me today. A dinky little bottle from a scent edit. There’s something in it I’m not that keen on.

Yum Pistachio Gelato. I really wanted to like this because of having 10ml of it in the recent Cult Beauty kit but... I just don't. Again it has something synthetic-smelling although that note's not as strong as some other Kayalis. Zero sillage - I can't smell it with my hands in my lap, indoors.

I prefer Zara's Pistachio Infusion.

Those of you who sell perfumes, if I wanted to sell the 10ml, it's new & still sealed. What's the easiest way to go about it? I never use Ebay, vinted etc. I've always been too scared of getting scammed.

I use ebay and vinted. If it's still sealed that helps. I offer yo show proof of purchase on request. It helps to have some feedback history. I wouldn't buy perfume off someone with 0 feedback. I'd sell some other things ( not perfume) first to get the feedback.

Used to love kayali pistachio a couple of years ago early in my perfume 'journey ' but now i find it a bit cloying. I do love nut scents in general though.

Crivelli Tubereuse Astrale today, mixed feelings on this one. It's a 'do I don't I like it' one. Have decided it's an occasional one, nothing I'm drawn to wearing all the time.
