Tobacco vanille is the scent of the evening - this is much stronger first on than I remember - smelling quite leathery /fruity and neither like tobacco or vanilla - but it's not a linear scent and as it dries down it becomes much nicer with the vanilla coming through.

It's a strong one - I made a name for myself wearing this in the office last year so it's strictly wfh days or evenings/weekends.

Got a 9ml sample from perfumista which at £31 is about half price of the 10ml size in stores.

It's Liquides Imaginaires Blanche Bête for me today. A 10ml sample was in the F&M advent calendar last year and it's the one I keep going back to - I love the musky vanilla notes and it lasts on me.

I've also ordered some 5ml dupes of fragrances mentioned on the threads from the Noted Aromas site (By the Fireplace, Jazz Club, Lost Cherry, Vanilla vibes and Baccarat Rouge) - looking forward to testing those out.

Me too — though after logging my massive 2025 beauty haul into a spreadsheet yesterday, I probably shouldn't be buying any more perfumes or products!

If Fenwick have a GWP linked to the AC then it might just be my very last beauty purchase of the year.

SOTD is Vryao The Sixth, I love this and keep coming back to it. Fresh and easy to wear. I’ve got an X-ray later, don't want to overpower the radiographer 😁

I’m not sure yet about Fenwick, the Thameen was in Harrods. I’ll wait to see if the GWP stacks too and what’s in it. I keep looking at Vogue, mainly for the full sized Discotheque but I must resist.

Not usually a dupes fan but tonight im wearing afnan cherry bouquet whivh is a dupe of TF lost cherry. Its good, I like it. A fraction of the cost of TF at £40 for a massive bottle.

Does the scent last? All the dupes I've tried before only last an hour or 2 and I'm not good at topping up.

Byredo Mumbai noise for me today. I was at a funeral with people I haven't seen for years - this is going to sound awful, but I wanted to smell 'expensive' 😕 I do really like it though.

I don't think any cherry scent will last a long time, it's not a long lasting note. Longevity is ok. it's a billion times cheaper then TF so I can just spray again if it wears off.

Wearing another indian inspired scent today, Bombay Radio from DS and Durga. Took me a long time to get in to this one but I do enjoy it.

DH has Bombay Radio and doesn’t wear it so I sometimes use his.

SOTD is Replica, When The Rain Stops. It’s a bit too subtle for me 😁 I’m not getting petrichor at all either.

There was a rollerball of radio bombay in the men's liberty AC, so may be some on the usual re selling sites at much less than the RRP of £70 if he/ anyone needs to stock up!

I'm keeping mine for personal use. The liberty men's AC was a surprise win of the season, and a little cheaper than the ladies ( not fair...)

It’s HN that’s early I think. I didn’t order HN until 17th Oct but I’m sure we knew what was in both for a while beforehand as I remember comparing the two.

HN is rumoured to be delayed this year to last week of October.

Penhaligons Castile today. Citrus but a bit warmer and cuddlier than most.

Prada paradoxe radical essence ce soir. Heavy gourmand with pistachio notes, very addictive for some reason!
