Here's Sophie attending an event celebrating women of achievement. I like the blue on her, but I don't think the dress is a good fit. Her hair is lovely, though.

Yes, I know what you mean! I really like the colour on her, but it doesn't seem to fit well around the bodice. Broderie anglaise is so nice for summer though, and I know they divide opinion, but I like espadrilles for summer day wear.

I like broderie anglaise but only in white. I’m not keen on it in other colours, and agree that something isn’t right with the fit of Sophie’s dress.

Beautiful. Beatrice looks so elegant, that gorgeous dress is Dior of course, for which she is an ambassador. A very chic look.

I love Sophie’s hair long.
Blue really suits her but the dress is a wee bit tight around the bust.

Agreed, Sophie's colours really are pretty pastels and broderie anglaise is a gorgeous fabric, but the arms and bodice look tight and not quite right.

Broderie anglaise is quite unforgiving and needs a touch of lycra for stretch (if that is even doable?)

Love Beatrice's dress, the body of it reminds me a little bit of the dress Meghan wore (in Morocco I think), it hung so beautifully over the bump.

I love the colour of Sophie’s dress but the overall effect ,with her hair loose and natural, is a bit informal and crumpled I think.
