A new thread to share 'shopping from our wardrobes' so we realise we already have nice things to wear and don't need to buy anything else.

Such a prettily coloured outfit @outofideas2& @Princessfluffy.
I've received my lace edged Zara vests & I'm so pleased - they're so pretty. I've been looking for pure cotton scoop neck vest tops for a while. H&M used to do silk/cotton mix ones that were lovely & lasted for years. But they're now all high necked variants. I bought a couple of Rosemunde silk/cotton mix ones on eBay & they're good but still expensive. The Zara ones are very reasonable & they go with the white joggers & blouse I have all in their signature oyster white.

Couldn't decide what to wear today and it's a bit chillier so just went for a simple long skirt, t-shirt combination. Nipped to the shops I so wore my new jacket (this is the only thing I kept from my Warehouse order and I really like it).

I'm very happy with my outfit today. Linen trousers bought a couple of years ago & a cotton crochet short sleeved cardigan from Primark of all places.

And on a crochet theme a cotton waistcoat the day before from H&M with jeans. I'm just crochet obsessed at the moment.

I found a new way of wearing leopard - cotton muslin pjs.

What fun PJs.

I have several pairs of different trousers that are this kind of coral colour. Although I like this as a light colour for summer since I am much too messy to wear white/cream trousers, many of my tops don't really look right with it.

I find red, black or navy seems to work best to compliment the colour. But i'm open to other suggestions (bearing in mind I think I only have one white/cream summer top, but have t-shirts in numerous other colours.

Love the cardigan and crochet. I have a crochet top a tiny bit similar, I normally wear it over a longer top or with a cropped cardigan. I also have a crochet waistcoat so I guess I fell into that trend too!

Today's outfit, haven't decided which boots to wear yet, depends how warm it is.

@Netcam pastel shades of blue/lemon/pink come to mind? I'm very much a neutrals dresser and tend to follow a uniform, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. Do you follow Erica Davies on Instagram? She's amazing at colour clashes & they really seem to work on her.

@dayslikethese1is that a necklace in a bowl or something else? Sort of looks like a nice lunch 😁

I can't imagine myself wearing pastel blue, lemon or pink and don't really have any tops in those colours. Maybe that's why I find it hard to find good matches for coral. Also I generally prefer a stronger colour with a pale colour for contrast.

@dayslikethese1 also want to ask if that's a hat or bowl of salad 😂

@Netcam a good solid rich chocolate brown should look good with that colour and work with some of your wardrobe?

Hehe anon and cantonet that's my entry for earrings on Whering. Rather than photographing each pair individually, I just photographed the bowl I keep them in. These are my bigger/statement earrings, it's to signify when I think an outfit needs them basically.

Thank you @sunshinechaser. My bag is from Kaai - a favourite brand of mine as their bags are so, so sturdy!

Does anyone watch any YouTubers who make their own outfits from what they own/shop their own wardrobes? A couple I watch are beepworld and Caroline Tucker but I'd love to find more. I much prefer those types of creators over those who do hauls.
