It’s a meh from me on M&S too, and at £50 quite spenny as a present for MiL too. (It’s usually an extra!)

I love the Hourglass palettes. I wear the Lighting Palette all the time after discovering it in a calendar and get so many compliments.

Advent calendars are already being reduced although I think Boots make a thing of doing this but if anyone fancies the benefit one could be good for teenagers

£155 for the 24 day - showing as out of stock - I suspect it will reappear.

Last year, I think the 24 day one sold out pretty quickly, but the 12 day was reduced by 20% in various places by BF, (which is how I ended up with one).

Both are a bit more expensive this year, I think.

Just rewatched a LF unboxing video - confirmed it’s definitely a no from me. Leaning towards just sticking with my bargain Rituals and whatever my DH sticks in my reused 12 day Clarins box, (the mind boggles frankly, but I’m feeling adventurous 😹)

Not an a/c but in recent years I’ve been getting the EL blockbuster. However, last year’s was very much reduced in quantity and quality compared with previous offerings, so I will wait with interest to see what they come up with this year. (I remember the first year I got it: Two eye shadow palettes AND a bronze goddess triple palette!)

I bought H&B - haven't even looked at the contents which is pure madness for me but I'm pretty sure I'll like most of it if past years are anything to go by.

M&S is a total pass for me - so much hair stuff I won't use and I only use Manicurist gel polish now so the nail polishes wouldn't be used. Pretty small sizes too for £50.

@BakeOffRewatch I'm getting an hourglass palette too and pretty sure I may also order the matching brush ... 😃

I'm not sure if trust mine @IlovePond probably end up with spare car parts! The in laws gifted me a beanie hat once with a light on it, as I go running! 😂 Practical but never happening! I don’t need it, but in my defence, I do use that particular perfume and it’s almost run out!

I seem to be making myself an advent calendar, as I also got a much reduced lipstick from LF…

I think I will go for the Space NK and M&S. I have 3 adult daughters so everything always gets a good home.
The m&s one seems to be heavy on hair products which I’m not dying about because I do the Curly Girl Method .
It really gives me something to look forward to !

Anyone with access to a blue light card, don’t forget to check for a code. DH has one that I hammer 😁 I’ve used it on Flannels
