Yes I know, I'm stupidly early, but I love a beauty advent calendar and I've just seen Liberty has stopped a sneak peek at their offering this year...

There was a tomato calendar (can’t recall brand in the liberty calendar a feed years back…I was not impressed…

Harrods have turned the contact us back on... WhatsApp sent requesting a refund or partial refund of the £20 postage.

@Puravida23 i was considering CB but theirs doesn’t look like it’s totally fragrance. I wish they would all hurry up and reveal full contents

I wouldn't be so bad if both parts of the order has been cancelled but no one in their right mind would pay £20 postage for a similar valued product.

Lots of people complaining on TikTok about orders being cancelled too, even though they ordered as soon as they got the email. It's looking as though they sold out the day before they even sent the email to the wait list, which REALLY bad.

They should be using store stock to fulfil the orders IMO

Partial good news, Harrods Customer Service are arranging a full refund of the delivery cost for the inconvenience caused.
There management are also looking into the issue as a whole.
I would really prefer a calendar.

@OchonAgusOchonOh yes, makes the cancellation a bit more palatable.
Following on from the first messages with them she has said they are working towards a resolution as quickly as they can.
I wonder what that means? Will then find some extra stock?
I also mentioned that I hope multiple calendar purchasers have had their orders cancelled so they can't sell on a resell site at a premium.

I have had some good news today, my Liberty calendar has arrived at the shipping forwarder so that should be delivered to me next week 😄

@Isabelle70 Maybe Harrods will send out a gift voucher of some kind to enable people to purchase a perfume at a discounted price. They should offer some form of compensation given their major cock up!

I have PTSD from that tomato candle. Tomatoes are summery and fresh, not warm and candley

I agree. I think that this is another one that may appeal to a younger crowd (late teens/early 20s).

The price seems high for the contents, but I imagine that this is because they plan to offer the usual 'discounts' to make people feel that they got a bargain.

My harrods was cancelled this afternoon and a refund issued but I've just had another email saying it has been an error and it's still allocated to me!! Huge mess!

Wow @CinnamonCoffee . Harrods are all over the place. But brilliant news you still have the advent . I vented all over their insta page and they have come back asking me to DM . Nothing will come or it but at least I will have a direct forum to raise my concerns about how badly they have handled this
