Yes I know, I'm stupidly early, but I love a beauty advent calendar and I've just seen Liberty has stopped a sneak peek at their offering this year...

Hello everyone. I’m hoping that Harrods have another perfume one this year. I’ll definitely be sticking to perfume as my stockpile of skincare is still huge

Spotted on Facebook... do we think this is a glimpse of this year's calendar from F&M?

If it is then I like the Cult 51, less fussed on bramley, Bamford and the scrunchie.

No I had last year's and the contents aren't the same, I think you could be right @wheresmyshoe . Looks good but they're similar every year so I'll be having a change this year.

Good to know. I thought the packaging looked like last year's but as I didn't have it, my recollection was obviously wrong.

Vogue advent calendar was £350 last year and it did sell out but quite close to Christmas. I’m wondering if they’ll increase the price. I wish I’d got it last year.

I really judge Liberty for the Skin Rocks inclusion because Caroline Hirons, or whatever her name is, is officially Not My Scene (with capitals).

@Allthatwegotisthispalebluedot. I like her. I like a bolshy strong woman who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Runs a successful business . Supports other women in business. Raises a lot of money for various charities. None of us are everyone’s cup of tea.

It was their connection to a certain charity that put me off vogue last year

Not a fan of Caroline Hirons either. Some of the things she says are quite gobsmacking, I’ve had to unfollow her on instagram

Absolutely agree. It really puts me off the AC- as bad as a black eyeliner imo
Plus there’s a product in the kit someone linked - they’re really pushing the brand 🙄

Gosh, it doesn't feel like long since the last ones were out. Last year I had Cult Beauty which I was more than happy with. In the past I've also had Liberty.

@Peridot1 there’s been lots of things, but one in particular was buying the domain names of the children of people who’ve annoyed her. I just thought WTF, that’s really creepy behaviour, and to admit to it?

Liberty looks quite good and I have credit to use up with them. I'm a bit disappointed that there are two travel size candles though. I've definitely had my fill of these. They are too small to give off much scent when burning. Black eyeliner as well. Does anyone over 25 still wear this??

I also don't like it when you don't know which lipstick shade you are getting. Most people suit quite a specific range of shades and are not happy with pot luck!

Just noticed that Liberty also has the Rose de Vie serum. I'm using that atm and I don't rate it. Not keen on the Ren eye cream either. Think that I'm going to have to pass on Liberty this year although I do kinda want the perfumes 😬

It’s the using up the credit that’s drawn me in. I have pre ordered Liberty, I think it looks worth it despite the REN which I don’t rate. I love getting the BD boxes and hopefully the standard will remain high now we’re paying towards it. I flirted with the idea of stopping and putting the money aside but now I just do both ☺️.
I love a beauty advent calendar and always buy too many- I use one for my birthday month in June, one for miserable January and a couple for actual advent. I’m defo getting vogue this year and will probably get one other premium - will await the full contents release. I like the build up as much as the opening.

I’m the same. Two eye creams I won’t use because I’m already wedded to my favourite, too old for black eyeliner, don’t want yet more Philip Kingsley. I’ve got enough credit for it but I think I might save it for when my Lipstick Rose runs out.
