Yes I know, I'm stupidly early, but I love a beauty advent calendar and I've just seen Liberty has stopped a sneak peek at their offering this year...

The lipstick shade in Harrods is an interesting choice. Makes a change from the usual bright red. I'm not sure whether it would work on me though as I tend to suit cool toned lipsticks.

Maybe I'm leaning for towards F&M 🤔

First preview of Look Fantastic - I’ll be buying I’m sure.

I don't think it's for me, but I think this is a better preview than the CB one. I was a bit underwhelmed - CT blush and a lip balm... Thrilling! The proof will be in the pudding though, I suspect the other CB contents will be better overall than LF (just based on price point).

This looks good, the Elemis cream is probably worth buying it alone if you use it.

I don’t think it sold out particularly quickly last year, I wasn’t on a waitlist and ordered it on a whim at the end of October so it was still in stock then.

Although - Elemis have huge cyber Nov/ Black Friday sales, with gwp. I see LF is £100, for £150/£165 you will likely get 20 pc off and GWP on Elemis if they do as last year….

Joining the thread as I need to decide on another AC this year. I have had the Liberty AC for the past 4 years in a row and was just ordering it this morning for pre-order but discovered that they are not shipping to Ireland this year!!

@OchonAgusOchonOh I see you're having a similar issue. Very annoying as there were spray perfumes in the last few Liberty ACs and I cannot see anything that's so wildly different this year. They can deliver to Cameroon, Colombia and Burkina Faso... I really don't understand why they can't deliver to Dublin, especially when they did for the past years. Sigh.

The unboxing doesn't show all the doors, which annoys me. I understand she's been asked not to, but I and many others want to know what's in the more expensive calendars before making a decision. Hopefully all the contents will be revealed soon.

She described scented and uncented one as the type of cosmetics vs being more perfume orientated. I will be disappointed if this is the case as Cult beaty has good perfume range

I don't think we're far away from the contents all being revealed, probably in the next few weeks. I just watched the unboxing - I know she only revealed maybe half of the contents, but it does seem a little underwhelming. The day 25 item she revealed is just so overdone, and not special enough for Christmas Day IMO (although for anyone who didn't watch, she did say there are multiple items in that drawer).

Cult beauty looks good with what I’ve seen so far - good brands.

For anyone who doesn’t want to watch the video and would rather not know which days things are from, she has a list on her website. Be aware the drawer dates are listed on the left side of the contents but easy enough to put your hand in front of them!

That’s Confusing I have just watched the Cult BeautyYouTube video and then looked at the website link above and the days don’t match . There are 3 different days I wonder whether these are the result of the two different calendars maybe.
Either way once again Cult beauty fails to wow me. Not sure why there are loads of products in there maybe it’s too much makeup as even some of the skincare appears to be tinted. Cult Beauty loves to see us glow!

Cult beaty has been miss for me since they were bought over. The first advent was good as it was curated by the old team and everything else was not for me.
