So, for those of us who are chunky yet funky, what's the plan ladies?

Shall we give no fucks and wear nice comfy summery clothes or do we worry about keeping every inch of us covered head to toe in black until we sweat so hard we melt? What's the plan?

Currently a size 20/22 myself, unlikely to get down to a magical size 14 by July so I'm looking at the nice comfy looking linen pants, few maxi dresses, shorts because I'm a wee chubby pale rebel and to really go wild a jumpsuit or two.

Simply be has some lovely things at the moment including shoes, asos curve is looking alright and vinted is my best pal.

I'm 35 for a few more months and don't want to have another summer in my 30s hating my body, so this year I'm going to embrace it. Anyone with me?

I'm in menorca, thinking that I'm wafting about in lovely maxi skirts. The weather has been iffy which is so disappointing. I chucked in one pair of shorts and have actually worn them a lot around the villa. We're hiring a boat tomorrow and my wafty skirts will be no use so I'll have to expose the legs.
My DCs are mortified by the casual nekkidness on the beaches. I've done the whole 'it's natural' thing but they disagree!

I've been back in my lovely comfortable autumn clothes 😁 I love autumn and it's certainly felt like it lately. I even had to put the little electric heater on in the office today 😆

Not going to lie, my maternity leggings are still my favourite item of clothing. They’re just so damn comfy! Might buy a new pair when they collapse in to holes!

Im out to a big gig tonight. Absolutely no idea what to wear. Is it going to be hot, cold, pour with rain, who knows!

Here I am wearing them. Have lived in them on holiday this year. UK holiday and thought would work well regardless of the weather.

This is a casual day for me. I struggle to know what to wear really casual and would welcome tips. DH lives in shorts and t shirts. He is tall and slim. I am tall and overweight with big boobs…all of this combined makes me look very large!

Girls I've ended up in bloody hospital (as one does!) And the WiFi is shit so I'm not sure if this will post 🤞
I'm okay but my sore tummy turned out to be gallstones?! So I'm just waiting to have them taken out, I'm so dopey with the pain killers which is lovely but if someone can do a new thread I'd love that! And tag me so I can see you all looking gorgeous! Keep slaying curvy Queens 💅💐

I'm afraid I don't know how to do a new thread and tag you in, so hope someone else will do it, as this thread has given so much pleasure, and really helped to boost my confidence this summer. In fact, so much so, that I bought a really lovely bright jacket recently, bright colours are not normally my thing, as I've always tried to blend into the background since I got so big, but then I went on a shopping trip yesterday, and a complete stranger told me how much the colour suited me, so I'm hoping I can carry my new brighter colour strategy through the winter this year, instead of reverting to all the blacks and greys that we all normally wear.

I'll try and do it now, i'll link it here.

I love wearing this dress. Fabric is a cotton viscose linen blend - light & cool but enough weight to give it swish. I have it in green too.
