Checking in. Poor Wales family. Rotten timing for the lot of royals. Camilla, Anne and Sophie will do brilliantly if they can collectively keep Edward in a single breasted suit. And the Duchess of Gloucester is very stylish so I hope she gets some coverage for these pages.

I imagine Kate was under pressure to say something if the family is going to miss the Easter Sunday church appearance as the conspiracy theorist would have a field day so this was probably not a pleasant recording for her to do. But she looked lovely with her more natural makeup and a Breton striped sweater. She's a trooper and I wish better health to her and everyone who is currently going through health issues.

There’s a Spanish state visit to the Netherlands next month, so Max and Letizia can bring out the big guns crowns. And Mary and Fred are doing state visits to the other Scandi countries in May.
