I'm edging towards the last spritzes of my beloved Elle by YSL perfume. Why they discontinued this glorious fragrance, I will never understand. Off to buy another overpriced bottle on eBay, I guess.

I'm also pissed off with Jo Malone for getting rid of her English Oak and Redcurrant scent. The candle and body lotion were the best.

Who will you never forgive for discontinuing your favourite?

Foamie dry shampoo. It was brilliant.

I’ve heard that Anastasia Beverly Hills dip brow gel is being discontinued. My eyebrows literally are this dip-brow gel. I’ve stocked up on 2, so they should last a year or so.

Granted, they can be quite dried out, so I think there were complaints about the texture.

If there are any Anericans on this thread, years ago (maybe late 90s) when I was travelling round the West coast I bought VO5 shampoo and a conditioner for split ends. That's what it was called. It smelled lovely and clean..not flowery or of fruit. Is that discontinued? The old triangular bottle. It may have been brown or blue.

In not American but in SA and this is the item I miss the most too. It was the best shampoo/conditioner ever.

It was made by Alberto Balsam so I tried a few of their other products, but nothing like V05.

I feel like my hair has never been as shiny ever again.....

Clinique Naturally Glossy mascara in brown - perfect for giving natural looking lashes to those of us with pale lashes - went on great, stayed put, yet came off with very little effort. I've tried soooo many mascaras since and nothing comes close. Never forgiven Clinique!

Cutex did a blusher called Golden. I used it as a bronzer. It was the perfect shade but it was discontinued.

Was that a long time ago? I don't remember Cutex make up at all, I've only ever known them for nail products.

Yes why on earth did Ren have to end. Their glycolic acid mask was amazing.

Yes, REN! Their Rosa Centrifolia Hot Cloth Cleanser was my Holy Grail product. I may never recover.

Vidal Sassoon shampoo and conditioner in the 80s in the brown bottles would still use them now, smelt amazing.

Bobbi Brown Ruby Stain lipstick as used by Carolyn Bessette Kennedy & me. Their current Ruby Crushed Lipstick is a completely different consistency. It was one of the very few lipsticks that I would buy on repeat. Ruby Stain was such a gorgeous shade and very comfortable. The deeper Cranberry Stain was lovely too.
