Discontinued products that you can NEVER forgive them for.

I'm edging towards the last spritzes of my beloved Elle by YSL perfume. Why they discontinued this glorious fragrance, I will never understand. Off to buy another overpriced bottle on eBay, I guess.

I'm also pissed off with Jo Malone for getting rid of her English Oak and Redcurrant scent. The candle and body lotion were the best.

Who will you never forgive for discontinuing your favourite?

The whole of Bravissimo clothing.

Nars stick blusher. I cannot find anything with the depth of pigment in a sick or cream formula and I don't use powder blush now my skin old.

No7 custom foundation drops. This was an amazing product. Handy little bottle for travel. Just a drop mixed with sunscreen or moisturiser gave really good coverage. Wide range of shades. I'm so gutted I didn't stock up before they discontinued it.

I wish I was one of the people in the know when stuff is gunna get discontinued, I’d make a fortune on eBay. With my luck they’d be discontinuing the item cos it didn’t sell and I’d be stuck with loads of stuff I couldn’t sell 😂

I LOVED Lancome lip brio with the pointy gold lid. They did a shade called Rose Audrey which was beautiful. A cross between a lipstick and gloss with real staying power. Sigh

Benefit rockateur blush. Can’t find anything like it. Their new ones are rubbish 😡

Cutex Blusher in Golden.

The most perfect colour that was a blusher but I used it as a bronzer.

Decleor Hydrafloral moisturiser was perfect for me...the new version (neroli something) is just not as nice in either fragrance or texture

Lancome Flash Bronzer for the face. I LOVED this. Really light self tan not orangey or smelly just gave me a lovely glow

YY to Tendre Poison mentioned by a PP I'd forgotten about it but used to wear it a lot!

Natrel Plus deodorant especially the mens one. Used this for years from my late teens

Benefit Play Sticks foundation in Jax. Nothing else has ever matched my skin that well.

I remember feeling super aggravated because I emailed begging them to change their mind and they said it had probably been discontinued to make way for new exciting products. I didn’t want bloody new products, I wanted that one! If it didn’t sell enough then fine, but I didn’t appreciate their non-explanation.

Clarins Everlasting Compact Foundation ( wheat) - I used this for years but it has been discontinued. Have tried many since and nothing comes close.

Everything Benefit is rubbish now. I feel they've really diminished in quality.

I agree with this. I used to buy their real mascara all the time. I loved it. About a year ago, there was some kind of offer on, and I bought two. I had t realised that they’d changed their formula, and now it smudges dreadfully.

I think there are so many better and cheaper alternatives.

Urban Decay lipsticks, before they went vegan and gender uncritical 🥱 the textures were brilliant and the colours were 🤤 Like every other make they ditched almost all properly cool-toned shades at the same time.

Max factor mineral bronzer in a bottle with brush, I have a tiny but left, there in one on ebay for treble the price from France,

Benefit Moon Beam. It was a perfect soft neutral highlight with the tiniest bit of pink. High Beam is too icy. Not found a good dupe for Moon Beam so if anyone knows of one...

This breaks my heart. I can't find a colour close enough to it. Tempted to break up with Mac because of it.

Herbal Essence did a de tangling shampoo and conditioner. Was the best ever. They also changed the formula for Loreals de tangling shampoo.

I have thick frizzy hair and these were game changers.
