i'm really hoping for better things in April although the website claims the "service charge' is to cover postage and packing of boxes, member discounts and free postage on orders. this doesn't leave me with much hope but I am waiting to see what April brings. I did like the AC so any outstanding credit and vouchers will go on that

have they stopped stocking Seated Queen by the way couldn't find it on their website. I was putting things in basket in advance of my buying ban ending.. or rather i wasn't since most products i wanted weren't in stock

Thought I'd look to see what can spend on, thought they were doing Victoria Beauty - cant see that either!

Went to get the new kit and I can't log in! It says my password isn't recognised and I definitely haven't changed it.

Oooohh, I've just seen the new kit!
At a quick glance I got very excited as it contained Malin & Goetz shampoo and conditioner, which are both on my list, but then I saw they are just 30ml each.
I definitely don't need another cleanser, but I do quite like the kit.

That’s sneaky, the email definitely says they are 473ml!

@HDready It does, that's why I got excited, they really need to change the email because it's misleading!

ahhh, they can be so inept in so many different ways! I wonder if there will be a “Sorry, we made a mistake” message later.

Not for me in any case; M&G products leave me a bit underwhelmed.

I wonder which version is the advertised £217 value - but definitely saving the email in readiness to contact customer services...

I got excited when I saw the sizes in the email, but if they are only the small sizes then it’s a no.

I will be v annoyed if Liberty swallow the loss and send out the larger sizes, but won’t hold my breath.

I've ordered it to use my credit, and it's not a bad kit. Going to cancel next month if it's not an amazing box.

I did the same balk when I saw the difference in the sizes.

I LOVE that Dizziak body lotion and keep buying it on Vinted!

However I'm taking ALL the credit for them showing an "unboxing" in with the photos and listing the items more clearly in the description because I suggested it to them last month. 💅 😂

I never get any of the emails despite being opted in and being a BD member for two years! Does anyone have a picture or link to the kit?

Don’t Sweat it Kit

Yet another kit that’s not for me. Are they all just stuff that they can’t shift?

Today I’m debating spending some of my credit on the Lisa Eldridge washbag from last year’s GWP offer. Its so pretty but I need another wash/makeup bag like a need a hole in my head.

There are some ‘as new’ on ebay that people must have got with the offer but they’re very nearly full price.

Thank you ❤️ Think I’ll pass on this and wait for the next GWP to spend what I have left in credit.
