@Dee1224 I hope that the Olive Crinkle skirt works out for you, it’s gorgeous , and looks useful too . I find sludgy greens work well with so many colours and neutrals.
I have 3 Toast Summer skirts and I’m surprised how much I enjoy wearing them .

All this talk of the olive crinkle skirt has made me order it to try again. I tried it in store previously, so ordering to home means I can try with lots of tops and hopefully get it to work. I didn’t love the way the pleats at the front fell and how the back was hardly gathered in comparison, but maybe I can get over that, as the more I think about that skirt, the more I think it would fill a wardrobe gap perfectly.
I have also ordered the Lydia jumpsuit to try again. I tried it a long while back but I’m hoping the new sizing might have changed it slightly so that I’m no longer between sizes.
I love a neutral coloured casual workhorse item, and these two would get so much wear if I can make them work.

They said 29th so ties in with the Kindred event.
There was a lime green popliny shirt but it looked very oversized, the previously mentioned floral trousers, a blue jacket and trousers and a striped cardigan that looked a bit " whitestuff" to me

I do love orange @Alpacasoft but find I really need to be in the right mood to wear it. Those moods seem few and far between these days 🫤

There’s a jersey type cardigan as well that’s a bit white stuff I thought @Alpacasoft . Apologies to anyone who’s bought it. On the other hand it’s better than the previous BHS one. I had one like it from Per Una years ago, it never kept its shape.

Well sadly the kindred gift doesn't seem to have lasted! I ordered a dress on Sunday that I 've been debating about for a for a while. On my account it's still listed as unfulfilled and no mention of a gift.

That’s not good @oddandelsewhere - it might be worth asking CS about it.

Has anyone received the Kindred gift yet? I think I have one arriving tomorrow. I do have a suspicion of what the gift is - pure supposition.

@MiracleToast and @oddandelsewhere - I now have to eat my words. I noticed that Rosie Harbottle had created 3 prints for Toast but only 2 were on sale- Little Trophy and Sun Eye. I've just searched again and Making Daisy Chains has just been added (sure wasn't there an hour ago!)....so bang goes my theory. So sorry.

I am expecting my parcel tomorrow- I hope the kindred gift is not a print, (although these new ones look quite nice and I don’t mean to be ungrateful). I don’t even know where I put the circus one - it just disappeared into the horror that is my back room🙀.

I love my Kindred socks - now, that was a good freebie! (I was also jealous when people got the enamel mug and bought myself a consolation one from SM!)

the flowery trousers are in a photo on the site - not for sale, but being worn with a shirt that is for sale. Gosh - they are really flowery aren't they! I wonder what fabric they're made from?

I have found my Le Bon Shoppe Arc pants thanks to a really lovely person at this independent shop who emailed me last night to say they had one extra pair arriving next week and did I want them. I'm so happy I don't need to search for an equivalent anymore - there just doesn't seem to be one. here they are, and this is the shop which I highly recommend for their customer service:
