Very stylish. I recall a lot of capes last winter they must be a useful garment.

Oh I love a cape. I'm wearing mine now as it's my favourite for Nov/Dec weather. Mine's more like an elevated poncho, though. Have been meaning to get a proper cape for years now...maybe this year!

Zara seems to have worn the same dress she had on for the Harrods do to Charles’ birthday bash last night.

This is lovely on Princess Madeleine. That colour would make a lot of women look too washed out but she looks as radiant as ever.

I thought Zara looked great.
She probably got a more professional than usual hair and make up job done for the Harrods gig.
I love the dress.

I like the dress too although I do agree with whoever said it's not the best fit - I think that's what makes it look a bit wrong in some photos.

Yes that clash (cape vs. dress) is a considered one and works very well IMO. Love those colours on Max, and LOVE the idea of a storm Maxima!

Kate in a repeat purple suit today with navy shoes. Bit dull!

Me too. Or some other "pop" of colour. Or better earrings or something to lift it a bit.

I took that to mean maybe she'd switched it out for a polo neck or tee or something...but there's no visible hint of anything under it! Very daring. I must award some points!

I don’t like the purple suit, it’s just too…purple.

I love the purple suit that Kate wore today. It went from being fairly sporty when wore in Belfast with a polo neck jumper and the jacket unbuttoned, to very tailored and sleek today buttoned with no obvious under layer. Emilia Wickstead is a bit outside my budget though, sadly.

I like it a lot too, and I'm really not a fan of purple, generally speaking. I think it looks great on her.

It's a no from me to Kate's suit today. I really dislike that Quality Street purple.

Unlike a lot of others on this thread, I think I prefer some of Kate's earlier fashions. I could do without the coloured trouser suits, for one thing. They're very Angela Merkel (I have nothing but admiration for Angela Merkel as a politician but don't love her clothes - though occasionally she knocked it out of the park with eveningwear).

I love that colour purple and the way she is wearing the suite with possibly a hidden camisole underneath looks very smart.

I like Kate's purple suit as well. Although with the fitted double-breasted blazer, it does have a bit of a coat dress vibe.

I love that dress. Very chic but I would personally go for a much shorter hemline!
