The No7 exclusive access emails are out if you signed up. I haven't bought this one in a few years so I have this time as I will use everything.

Thank you so much for this! My email went to junk so could have missed it. Ordered mine x

Which one did you order?

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 03/10/2023 09:03

@Etam you would think it was vair dodgy to reformulate it beyond recognition, and then still use the award for the previous formula as advertising wouldn't you, but I would like to think they'd had the sense to run it by the company lawyers...who knows?! Beyond aggravating though. When they made it vegan, I wonder if they somehow managed to make it cheaper to produce? Cynic that I am. I feel your pain, and am just using the last scraping of a small pot of Imortalle (sp) that was a GWP probs a couple of years ago.

Nowtbettertodo · 03/10/2023 09:10

@pinkchampagne1 would have loved the ultimate but I'm going away in a few weeks so saving pennies for that, so I ordered the lift and laminate one.

I will probably get the m&s one when that is released too.

Pinenu · 03/10/2023 09:21

Liberty are still trying to tempt me, this time with an email reminder for £10 off (as a beauty drop member). Must not cave.

After reviewing contents again, I think I’ll go for Sephora or Selfridges if either get discounted. If not, I’ll maybe get a CB edit instead.

Roundaboot · 03/10/2023 09:25

@Nearlyadoctor and anyone else who is interested. these are the contents of the 2022 Degustabox calendar:
Love Raw Nutty Choc Balls
Belazu Rosemary Nut Mix
Cadbury Christmas puds
Knorr chicken gravy pots
Bounce energy balls
Maretti Bruschette Chips
Yogi Christmas Tea
Terrys Chocolate Orange crispy oranges
La Beleiene sea salt
Dorset Cereasl muesli (mini box)
Filippo Berio pasta sauce
Ricola sweets
Well & Truly oat milk Chocolate
Double Dutch cucumber and chili soda
Nicks Almond Crunch bar
Gunna drinks ginger lemonade
Treat Kitchen foam egg sweets
Fulfill protein bar
Clearspring seaweed crisps
Rootles Chocolate biscuits
Raw Bean decaff coffee bags
Hellmans gravy mayonnaise
Montezumas giant milk Chocolate buttons
1 mystery product

The mystery product was more chocolate but I can't remember exactly what. There was a lot of cereal/energy bar type products last year. Previous years have been a better balance, IMHO, with spice mixes, wine and more savoury snacks.

Whenwillglorioussummercome · 03/10/2023 09:29

Our student really enjoyed it last year although did try to use it as an excuse to get a lift home at the end of term rather than get the train, because it was so big. Cruelly we declined to do a five hour round trip on a working day to move an advent calendar around so a friend decanted the remaining contents in a bag for them!

Nearlyadoctor · 03/10/2023 09:47

@Roundaboot - thank you 😊

Housewife2010 · 03/10/2023 11:11

The Belazu rosemary nut mix was delicious. Thanks for the reminder. My children's favourite was the large jar of fried egg sweets. My 15 year old DD decided it was her calendar, loved opening it & had first dibs of the contents. She's requested it again this year. (My son is always happy with an old Liberty AC filled with Lindors - especially the fancy flavours from the Lindt shop. )

I got the liberty and wasn't majorly impressed. Most of the products have gone on ebay to pay for the calendar, i just keep a few things for myself or what doesn't sell but it's slim pickings this year. Lots of perfume in this box which I'm not a major fan of but scent lovers may enjoy.

You aren't missing much !

Pinenu · 03/10/2023 11:38

Thank you @SecretShambles That has sealed the deal for me and it’s a definite no.

I hope you manage to get your hands on another AC that you enjoy.

Twinsandsome · 03/10/2023 14:57

Quidco are doing a £10 bonus cash back on advent calanders over £75 today if anyone is purchasing today x

ShangPie · 03/10/2023 15:03

Yes, I saw this - I treated DH and I to the Paxton & Whitfield cheese calendar 😁🧀

EachandEveryone · 03/10/2023 16:57

Is there a discount code for Digusta or is it £43?

Lift and Laminate sounds very uncomfortable! 😆

Nearlyadoctor · 03/10/2023 19:05

@EachandEveryone AC23 gives £5 off.

Sounds like what happens at the end of the office Christmas party.

Nowtbettertodo · 03/10/2023 19:22

@Talisin @Whenwillglorioussummercome 🤣🤣 well if it improves the look of my aging face I'm all for it!

(Damn you autocorrect!)

BrokeAsABone · 03/10/2023 19:35

Selfridges is out of stock boooo....that was the one I decided to go for. I would love Harrods so if Selfridges doesn't come back in stock, that's the one. I wasn't 100% sure of Harrods at first glance but looking at it again it looks pretty fab, actually. Solid, excellent products. Not exciting, really,...but mostly very usable.

BrokeAsABone · 03/10/2023 19:37

I had No7 last year and it was soo good...I'm still using the products. Can only afford one this year though (well, two as M&S is a tradition for me now) so not getting it this year.

pinkchampagne1 · 03/10/2023 20:20

I really like the No 7 ultimate advent calendar and the box is lovely. I feel I would use most of the products.
I have loved JL the last couple of years but not 100% convinced this year, especially as it has gone up in price. May be tempted if it gets discounted.
Also quite like the look of Space NK

AppleDumplingWithCustard · 03/10/2023 20:36

I’ve ordered the Boots Ultimate as I like everything in it and most items are full-sized. I was planning to get the Liberty calendar and have £200 in my beauty drop a/c but need to find something else in Liberty to spend it on as their calendar is imo disappointing this year.

EachandEveryone · 03/10/2023 20:51

I never got a link from Boots ☹️

peachgreen · 03/10/2023 22:20

I went for the No.7 Lift and Luminate one – I’ve been thinking of switching from Protect and Perfect for a while so this is a good way of doing that!
