Not tempted either - have £280 of credit and was hoping for a lovely kit - have decided no to advent calendar or M&S advent calendar but am not inspired (yet) ...

Sometimes I read on here about emails from Liberty which I don’t receive until later in the day. Also log into your BD account and make sure you’ve ticked the “yes” box to receiving emails from them.

Yes, I've checked my preference many times and I've spoken to customer services three times now and they've assured me that I should be receiving emails, but I still only get confirmation emails when I buy something but nothing else 😞. Can you only access the new kits through an email link? Is thst why I can't find them on the website?

Correct @Growlybear83, they’re not on general sale yet. But I doubt they’re going to sell out that fast.

I'm not tempted by these kits either. I was excited when I saw the email and would have bought one if they were more appealing.

I want to build my credit back up for a big purchase but would have bought a kit with 'regular' money. Not sure about my logic but it makes sense to me!

Fingers crossed for a good GWP soon, I loved the last one.

I like the look of the fabric bag on the glam kit so will wait for them to appear on eBay :)

I have the same issue. I receive some emails eg the Sunday email, but not notifications of products like this. It's so frustrating.

Yes, it's really frustrating. Since I signed up for the Beauty Drop in March, I've received just one marketing email in all that time!

I spent all my BD on Saturday! Luckily I'm not tempted by these kits...

None of the kits appeal to me, already have the mini water bottle from last time. Getting bored of seeing the Rich Cream everywhere.

I adore the miniature hot water bottle in the sleep kit, but don’t think I have any money left in my bank account and only £20 in my BD account. And I’ve just bought a dual-control heated mattress topper with 4 adjustable heating zones (feet and head on both sides of the bed), so I don’t NEED a miniature hot water bottle, however cute it is.

Meh none of the kits grab me. Just as well, as I spent this month's credit on an Aesop hand cream!

I’ve been waiting for the kits or a nice GWP too, but none of the kits appealed this time, so seem to have just splurged all my beauty drop on some Diptyque Christmas candles and perfume! I’ll have nothing saved for the sales but will smell divine!!

I love this thread as I have been toying with joining the drop for about a year. Thing that is holding me back is the change in brands stocked but to be fair there always will be something I love in Liberty.

I came on to say (and mentioned already but just seconding) those of you not fussed about the AB cream is that it resells very well and quickly. I’ve twice been able to part fund a box/kit with reselling it. 15 ml for £20-30 in 48 hrs on vinted. Get in before all the calendar rejects come out in December!

Not tempted by the kits either. Glad they’ve finally released some kits though as I was waiting to have a look at those before spending my BD. Ended up buying a Jones Road eyebrow gel and a lip tint from the same brand, and a cleansing balm from Bamford which I’m excited to use.

I'm sadly having to cancel my beauty drop subscription, there is a glitch on my account that means I can't put my BD against my purchases. This has happened three times. Most recently I have ordered the advent calendar and again I can't redeem my credit. They have promised to refund it against the purchase. However their customer service has been shockingly poor I've emailed multiple times over multiple days and still no resolution. So sadly I have to cancel. I've asked to raise a complaint but I doubt it will go anywhere x

@SarahC50 have you tried WhatsApp messaging them? I went back and forth emailing about things over a few months and felt I didn’t get anywhere then spoke to a chap on WhatsApp and he sorted everything within minutes.

I've tried using WhatsApp to speak to Liberty about my issue with not receiving any marketing emails but it hasn't helped. My problem has just been passed over to their IT department who will contact me if they find a problem.
